the room was great for the price, clean and off road parking at no extra cost was the best. The space we had in our room with the two beds we loved

Location to beach and public transport was great. Staff friendly.

Property needs an urgent make-over. Bathroom had peeling paint on ceiling. Shower door missing. Graffiti on wall still showing through paint. Iron made clothes dirty. Bed like a rock. Day we were there the water had been switched off for repairs and our floor stuck of sewerage. Our unit was then full of flies and bugs from the smell.

Our room was recently refurbished so was very nice. No noise (room soundproof), comfortable bed, and close to beach and necessary shops.

Only stayed one night. Would have stayed longer if we could.

So close to the beach and across the road to coles/ takeaway outlets and bottleshop. Centre of Burleigh heads was about a 30/40 min walk away but it was nice to walk along the beach. Room was lovely and clean nice comfy bed sea view. Heated swimming pool and hot tub. Excellent value for money, would stay here again

our room had just been renovated and was quite comfortable

cleaning staff not thorough toe nail clippings on floor for two days (our full stay)

It was nice to have a private balcony with a view, the room had a refrigerator / tea & coffee making facilities / easy to use air-con / hair dryer/ ironing facilities, it has a pool / spa / nice and tidy outdoor setting / restaurant, staff friendly and very helpful and accommodated us with an extra bed at no extra cost, it is close to bus stops / local supermarket and shops / near beach, has free parking and wi-fi if needed.

Although the facility is not licenced to allow guests to cook in the rooms it would have been nice to have dinnerware and cutlery to use for continental food purchased.

It is close to the beach and an easy stroll to the Burleigh shops. The room was huge as was the balcony although it didnt face the beach.

Where do I begin? Noisy residents partying all night, fire alarm activated at 2.30am but no fire (thank god), free wifi but wifi not working and unresolved by the time we left, the oldest air conditioning unit I have ever seen - lying in front of it did not help, buffet breakfast restrictions to 1 small glass of juice and 2 pieces of toast as well as only 1 plate of food allowed (booking came with free continental bkft however $7 each to upgrade to buffet). The room decor very dated and not very clean. Terrible smell in the elevator. Only consolation was a credit given on the room rate due to the weekend manager acting on our complaint..thanks!

Clean and casual environment with comfortable beds. Good size bathroom. Nice relaxing stay.

Doors very heavy and sometimes door lock difficult to open. Wardrobe doors need attention.

It was generally dirty, I wouldn't swim in the pool as it was cloudy and dirty , the lift stunk no spoon to make a coffee ( what's with that) room needed a good clean from top to bottom air con filter was disgusting maybe that's y it didn't work real well was overall disappointed with the place we payed a lot of money for basically beds to sleep in would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone

Bathroom needs a good clean,chamber maid needs to be told to vacuum floors and empty rubbish bins daily and to wash cups and glasses

Location was great, and although on a main road traffic noise was minimal.

Nosiy air conditioning unit kept cutting in and out every 15 mins even during the night. Resort very dated and needs a general overhaul.

Close to the beach (2 minute walk), very friendly welcome, free internet, functional clean room.

Breakfast - they actually limit you to one glass (small) of juice and two pieces of toast!!! I have never (in a lot of years of staying in a variety of standards of hotels) been limited to the amount of toast I can have. That said it was enough but just a very strange experience. Building is need of a serious update and looks very shabby. To be fair there was a 'for sale' board outside so maybe this will be addressed. Not a problem if you spend most of your time away from the hotel but wouldn't describe it as a resort.

On the floor level 2 it had a funny smell.
