Cleanliness. Friendly management. 2 pools. Close to Kirra Beach eating venues and beach.

managers were lovely, so close to beach, pools lovely, close to all shops etc

the unit we had needed a bit of TLC, however we certainly enjoyed our stay

Big rooms, well kitted out. Friendly staff.

A few faulty appliances (including dishwasher) as well as no extractor fans in bathrooms. Pool was also in need of a good clean (lots of floating long hairs!!)

The apartment was gorgeous and right near the sea shore

The springs in the bed were sticking into us and very uncomfortable. The pillows were also bad.

The floors had not been cleaned. No Air con throughout, only in main bed room, and the noise kept us awake, the other unit was the same. Outside areas had leaves pilled up. Badly cracked tiles in ensuite, water damaged vanity. The Unites badly need an upgrade and repair. NOT WORTH $250 a night.

Staff were friendly, good amenities, good pools, ideally situated to the beach.

Cleanliness to be desired, on arrival urine stains on bathroom floor, excrement on toilet seat. Car is necessary due to location, close to airport, no noise.

Nice spacious apartment.

Very clean unit, I had a Two bedroom apartment it was huge .

The complex was a bit of a maze inside .

nothing except u should have lift because it's hard to carry big bags with babies to the 3rd floor

My apartment was beautiful, fitted out with full kitchen and laundry facilities, with a large terrace off the lounge and a small private balcony off the main bedroom. I liked having an ensuite, and the size of the living areas was superior to a lot of more expensive places. The location was excellent, and both of the pools were in good condition.

They were not great at responding to emails - because I was arriving outside the [very limited] office hours I needed an access code, and after three emails I gave up and phoned them, which I shouldn't have had to do! But all the staff I met were friendly and helpful, so that made up for the minor email hiccup.

The lack of elevators to get to the higher floors with our luggage.

The apartment we received eventually was as expected for the money we paid. It was clean, tidy and comfortable with a good feel about it.

The first apartment we were allocated was old tired and very dirty, should not have been allocated to anyone. My complaint to the manangement had us moved to what we expected immediately and they admitted fault in this instance but used the apartment as they were booked out. We booked 8 months previous..hmm interesting!!

The reception staff were extremely helpfull.

The units are tired, grimy with age and the matresses are very uncomfortable. These units need some serious upgrading.

The apartment was perfect ocean view. It wasn't in my opinion 4star id give it more 3 stars However our holiday was great!

地方都市に住む豪州の友人と会い、翌朝１０：５０便で帰国のため空港への利便性を重視し予約をしました。１- 泊のために予約しましたが、Pacific Place Apartmentsは長期滞在型の一種のアパート。自炊をしながらGoald Coastを楽しむ施設です。４ＤＫで洗濯機・乾燥機から食器・鍋・食洗機すべて揃っています。洗剤などは- 自分で揃えなければなりません。 私たちの宿泊目的とは離れた施設でしたが、こんな所があるんだという面白い発見でした。トイレもバスルーム- も２つあり、他人を気にすることなく用ができ心地よかったです。もちろん寝室も２室。家族が休暇を楽しむと- ころでしょうか。ただ、旅行先で食事を作る、洗濯をするなどしたくなければ不向きです。空港から歩いて１５- 分。まあ、経験したことない所で面白かった！治安も良い。

spacious appartment , clean , tidy - well equiped .

No 24 hour check in , i stayed a single night ( arrived late - left early ) did not see or speak to anybody from the facillity .

The room was across the road from the beach. It was clean and spacious with a well appointed kitchen. the entertainment facilities were good for teenage kids. For an aprtment complex, the pools were good. A three bedroom apartment for 5 nights during the holidays for $1K was good value.

Layout was little confusing. The website said little about the checkin proceedure.

The inside apartment was great for younger children and parents. The location for the beach was fantastic and fantastic bike/scooter riding track to the SLSC beach.

It was raining heavily. The gutters were not effective. The balcony was taking on too much water. We were not able to use the balcony during this period.

A great location, but car definitely needed. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Underground parking was a bonus. Would highly recommend.

Needed a little maintenance

Location. The cleanliness of rooms. The facilities available. All helped create a relaxing atmosphere.
