Great location Large space Balcony with hammock Modern design Kitchenette was handy!

Only very minor things; Ants in the kitchen Room could have been cleaned a touch better each day.

Lovely place, friendly people. Courtesy buses very convenient and drivers very professional.

No real issues, concierge a little slack at times. Couple of the men were difficult to get attention as they were too busy chatting and not paying attention to their job.

You painted the timber and took that bungalow feel away. Now enough info about the restaurants etc in the room. I expected a folder with this info to view menu's etc

The bungalow is quiet modern and nicely decorated.

This island sells itself as a paradise and we were not that impressed. Everything looks man made, they try to squeeze every single cent in your pocket once you are there, the price is not justified, they don't even include breakfast or internet. We tried to get some help to book excursions but they were not so helpful. Looks nice in pictures but it might be that you have miserable weather so better make sure it will be sunny before wasting that amount of money.

Loved the island, the food and bungalows.

The bungalows were really comfortable and loved that air con - definitely need that with the humidity outside. Really easy to walk everywhere including the pool/beach and the shops into town (over the hill). Also great to have your own fridge to keep the drinks cold.

The expense of the breakfast at $34 a head for a basic buffet, however then entire island is over priced like that, but as it's a resort island, to be expected I guess. There are alternative cheaper options in town, which I'd highly recommend

A really lovely place, beautiful beach, very comfortable, conveniently located and quiet bungalow. Good service from a very friendly staff.

Prices were a bit high e.g. in the supermarket but then stuff needs to be imported and you are part of a captive audience!

Cute bungalow with lots of wildlife around (wallabies, cockatoos, kookaburras) and stunning location. Concierge check in/out service was excellent.

The room was fully functional (and large) though a little dated.

The only criticism was the bed was out of shape. To be fair I did not ask if we could move bungalows, although likely another not available I am sure given the staff were fantastic they would of come up with something. My partner happily took the dodgy side of bed.

It was a good budget place. Facilities were good.

I've advised the Palm Bungalow at check out, that our room was not cleaned everyday. The cleaning staff only changed the bedsheets & towels, but did not vacuum or change the garbage bags.

They were nice & quiet, yet central to beach & marina.

The Bungalows were a great option at the island because its informal layout and location. Close to the pool and main beach. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. I found the price very fair for the whole thing.

The hotel staff could provide better information about the activities available at the Great Barrier Reef. A better welcome letter explain the possibilities would be great.

Nothing all good

Easy to walk to any activity. Roomy. Quiet. Affordable for most people, even though I do think that it is very expensive to travel in Australia, and that is why alot of people are opting for the Asian getaways. Great to have the free shuttle buses and water sport activities included in price. Everybody we met were helpful and friendly.

Very roomy, comfortable accommodation within walking distance to many Hamilton Island attractions.

The calmness and nature. Very relaxed and easy.

Liked the location, breakfast deals, use of tennis courts etc that came with the booking.

The Bungalows do need a good spring clean. We had curtains that needed attending to and the unit need a good clean with the dust etc. A microwave would be a great addition to the units.
