Friendly & welcoming host, comfortable rooms with nice simple breakfast, in a quiet area but walking distance to shops with all facilities and close to public transport. 10 minute drive to great beaches. Nothing

A friendly couple run the Palms. The breakfasts were good, rooms clean, tidy and a little quirky. The pool was lovely and a great place to spend the late afternoon. We will return. Nothing to complain about

How would I describe my experience at Palms? It's a home away from home. Teresa was very prompt. We arrived at an unearthly 3am and there she was, wearing a smile on her face, receiving me and my dad. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. If you need some current affairs fix, David is there to give you the latest news on what's happening around the world. This couple is amazing, they do their best to ensure guests have a comfortable stay! The B&B is a 5 min walk to Warwick Centro, where the shops and banks are, about a 25 min drive to town and is a breath of fresh air. No hustle and bustle staying here, only peace of mind.

We arrived early in the morning at the Palms and were very tired after a long journey and aircraft delays. The room was very small and not user friendly. Towels were old and threadbare and the general appearance at first glance was depressing. In daylight we were able to get a more substantive look at the room and found that the carpets appeared to be dirty, the ceiling fan was caked in dirt as was the top of a microwave oven. What this was doing in the room at all was a mystery. The expel air ceiling fans were covered in grime and obviously not cleaned or serviced for some time. The overall state of the Palms was tired looking both inside and out. Breakfast was a joke. The owners appeared totally unprepared each morning to provide even a simple egg on toast. The one saving grace was the cheerful attitude of the lady of the house who did her best under extreme pressure. Her husband was useless. We would never return there or recommend anyone else to do so.

the host was very friendly and chatty, helpful, water pressure was great in the shower, pillows were too soft, gardens could be attended to, to give the appearance of a more relaxed and calming ambience. would be nice if the tariffs were reduced for longer stays, especially during the week.

Teresa and David were excellent hosts and the breakfasts were personalized and very good. Teresa the manager and cook made sure everything was as you liked and David was very interested in the customers as individuals and very interesting to talk to on any number of topics. My wife and I will definitely stay again. The bed was very comfy and quite, we slept very well. The location is very good for shopping, going to the beach and access to the Northern side of Perth. We highly recommend the Palms, as a great place to stay. Roy & Jenny There was no downside for us. If we'd had the time, we would have stayed longer.

Close enough to the places we wanted to visit. Theresa was very friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the value-for-money of our room. Easy to find location. Very quiet. Only provided with one small cake of soap to be shared by two people. Couldn't find controls for air-conditioner. As a mature person who suffers from "hot flushes", this was annoying.
