The villas were excellent and the provision of an electric bbq on the balcony was a welcome addition. the pool was a welcome respite - overall the facilities were great |

The proximity of the hotel to points of interest within Darwin City was excellent. It is also good value considering it's location. |

Very good location for a weekend breakout Even too close to the centre - feel like being part of a "street concert" when one of the neihbouring bars switched on the music on one of weekend nights.. Staff should be a bit more friendlier for those arriving very early morning there. We arrived very early morning at around 5.30/6:00 A.m |

We arrived very early from Singapore and hotel staff couldn't find our booking. Hotel was full when we arrived, but they were still able to provide a room only a few hours later despite of these problems. Garden with swimming pool is very nice and relaxing when one needs to acclimatize. We were very satisfied and find some of the other guests' ratings completely wrong. |

most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful when dealing with guests The putrude stench of cancerous cigarette smoke was totally intolerable when my partner and I were trying to enjoy breakfast on our front deck, (wafting through from neighbouring guest's) address this health & safety issue. |

Beautiful surrounding gardens and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Noise level, from nearby pubs on the weekend, could hear the bands playing, people going past drunk. Road sweepers every night and lots of traffic noise very early in the morning. |

Nice staff, all helpful and friendly especially the cleaning staff. Nice quiet and lovely gardens. The rooms are very very small. Parking can be difficult if there is a conference taking place. |

I liked the experince although I lost my key at the last minute. I was in Room 233 ( a villa right at the end). and had to pay $50. Please email me if it turned up that day as I would like a refund if possible.I stayed on Monday night the 31st August. Will be returning 9 Ocotber to Darwin.Regards Jenny Field |

Very friendly and nice staff. Nice pool area with palms and deckchairs. Nice facilities (laundry, etc.( We wrote an extra complaint already. We stayed three nights at the Palms City. Two of them were fine. The last one unfortunately a nightmare. We were hunting 20 - 30 bugs all night long and couldn't get to sleep because it was really discusting and disrupting. When we used the insects spray, it even got worse and we had an invasion of bugs coming out from the corners of the room and from under the bed. Please see our complaint form we filled in at check-out. We would expect a refund for the last night! |

La location.....sul mare con giardino e nel centro della città..vicino a negozi ma con un'infrastruttura più bella di un palazzone. Accesso alle camere. |

la location è fantastica, si respira un vero clima tropicale da resort! bello anche il BBQ con tavolino all'esterno che consente diverse serate "at home" particolari. ottimi anche gli orari di apertura della piscina |
