Park Hyatt Melbourne

A great hotel with perfert location, large rooms, very friendly staff. All facilities are up to the mark.We travel a lot all over the world and it was really a great pleasure to stay at Park Hyatt.

Staff were excellent.

Besides the tv remote not working and the phone dialing out with no answer every time I rang room servies [ 5 times ] everything else was very nice.

It is really a luxurious hotel

My reservation was for a special offer of a 100 aus $ credit to be spent in the restaurant, and it was printed clearly on the voucher. However, the hotel staff refused to recognize the special offer included in my reservation. I have spent about one hour in the check out process to solve this which required me to send an email and call booking.com staff. After all that hassle they agreed to accept the offer. More over the charged me twice for one breakfast.

The room was beautiful and very spacious

The bed was not very comfortable, certainly not what you would expect in a hotel of this standard

I was not disappointed with any aspect of my visit, First class hotel with the same level of service.

I chose this Hotel as it is very close to St. Vincents Private Hospital where my sister was having surgery I have stayed several times before and have found it very quiet for a city hotel and always have a good night's sleep.

ツインの部屋だったが、40㎡以上の広さで非常にゆったりとしていて、また家具などのセンスも良く非常に快- 適に過ごせた。バスルームも一般的なものと比べると倍ぐらいの広さはあるかと思われるぐらい、ゆったりとし- ていて、使いやすかった。また、アメニティとして、バスタブに入れる塩がケースに入って置いてあり、それを- 毎日お風呂に入れて入ると、全身スベスベになり、大満足。その他、プール、ジャグジー、ジム、スチームサウ- ナ、ドライサウナ、シャワールームも併設。ホテルのレストランの味も最高。ビジネスセンターでは、無料でイ- ンターネットやプリンターを使用することが可能。市内中心部からは少しはずれた所に位置するが、その点気に- ならない人であれば、料金と比較すると非常にお得なホテルだと思う。

部屋の清掃について、部屋の中にある専用のボタンを押しておかないと、夕方6時に帰ってきてもなお清掃が済- んでおらず、こちらから頼んでやっと来てもらえたということがあった。それ以降は、毎日部屋を出る前に必ず- ボタンを押すようにしたら、そのようなことはなくなったが、海外の初めて泊るホテルだったので知らなかった- が、快適な滞在のためにそのようなことは事前に確認しておいた方が良いと思った。
