Location Quality Pool on the roof Views Decor
Service at pool on day one could have been better. Much better on day 2 and 3
Location is outstanding, room comfort also. Very quiet and the blockout blinds keep out all light in the early morning. Staff were all very bright and helpful.
Cost. (It's at least twice what you would expect to pay)
Loved the service and attention to detail. They made our stay one to remember definitely going back
The room was lovely, very comfortable, luxurious and clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful, going out of their way to make us feel valued. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything and the view spectacular. Loved laying by the rooftop pool.
The view the ambience staff and food all super

If you want 5 star treatment then the park Hyatt is the place to go. Staff were amazing, good was to die for, loved everything about our stay..
A true 5 star hotel with a spectacular position and views
Everything! This had been on my husband's bucket list for a long time. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived until we reluctantly left. The room was magnificent with such an amazing view. Everybody on the staff seemed to know that this was our special Anniversary. We had a special lunch in the dining room with our bridesmaids from 50 years ago. They were quite go smacked. It is hard to single out any member of staff but I have to mention Elodie who looked after us so beautifully. By the time she also looked after us for two mornings for breakfast as well she could anticipate every need & always remembered our preferences. My husband is disabled & everything was made so easy for him. Thank you for the welcoming gift & the unexpected phone call from the Manager the night before we came home. Just wish we could afford to stay more often but we will be back to the dining room. The food was not only superb but reasonably priced. Thank you again - Joy & Philip Shepherd. Richmond NSW
There was nothing not to like except for the fact that we had to come home. The weather was a little cool as was to be expected so we had to enjoy the view for most of the time through the window. It must be so lovely in the warmer months when the balcony could be used more often. Next time we get married maybe we should leave it a little later in the year..
Location, quality and ambiance of the hotel. Staff were attentive with one exception.
Restaurant wait staff not attentive, we had to have the buffet for breakfast as we could not give our a le carte order to anyone.
Service from the staff. Amenities. Treatment on arrival.
For a Harbour view room, we really didn't have a view at all. Just a tree and a bit of the water. You should be able to see your view prior to booking.
The service the view
Location and the accommodations - bed and room was so lovely as well as the staff - top notch! View was amazing.
Menu for room service was limited as well as the restaurant dining room
room service was good
I booked a deluxe harbour view room for a romantic weekend with my partner. When i arrived i found that the room was on the ground floor next to public park and a road. You cpu;d see the harbour through all the people and cars . The balcony was so low on the ground that anyone could just climb over them . When i asked for some help I was told that I and to pay for a full upgrade or take a smaller room also at full price . As it was late Saturday afternoon and the chances of these rooms selling by then was slim I think a discount on either would have been appropriate . i have seen this hotel sell rooms at a large discount , if they haven't sold a few days before , so why not for me. The room I booked was 1200- dollars and not habitable in my opinion .
location spacious room
nothing to dislike
Everything was fantastic! Number 1 hotel in the world.
great location and room-view
need more special offer
Free coffee included with the cost of my breakfast - as many flat whites as I wanted. No extra charge for this. Free water in the rooms - no charge for the bottle park hyatt water
I liked the lay out of the lobby and ground floor in general, before the refurbishment. It's a bit too poky now and obviously geared towards making the most money out of every inch of floor space.
Loved the blackout blinds, the warm the toilet seat Japanese toilet seat, comfortable bed, view from the room hmmm. The staff were wonderful and warm, professional above and beyond.
