Location of hotel.

Bathroom was very small and some of the tiles were cracked. There was no place to leave bathroom accessories like toothbrush, shaver etc.

The room was cleaan and comfortable

The siren that went off in our room at 3am, and the staff who were unwilling to compensate us accordingly.

The room was very small, but that is not really a dislike, I understand for the price/location. It was more quite funny.

The location close to Town Hall and shops plenty of cafe to choose from.

Room was very small and cramped. Bathroom was also very small and did not have a bench for toiletries. No hot water in the shower. Very thin walls - the couple in next room had party into early hours of morning and I could hear everything plus a lot of street traffic noise.

Not much, way overpriced for what it is.

Awful shower design and taps working in wrong directions making it very easy to scald yourself. No safe in the room, not acceptable in this day and age. The rooms are very noisy, we were woken three times by sirens during the night. They will charge you to leave you bags for a few hours after checkout. One male staff member behind the front counter not very friendly and abrupt. Could do with some training.

I hated the noise from outside, being able to open the window is a down fall. We didn't sleep till 430 am. wouldn't stay in that room again.

Really hard to park. But still, it's hard to find one anyway.

Excellent location.

Very high fee for wi-fi. Certainly not free! Baggage holding charge on day of departure. Voucher for breakfast next door is not good value. Much better at Gloria Jean on the corner 30meters away.

Location - perfect. Close to shops and transport. Roof top setting - amazing views pity pool wasn't heated. Price was fair value.

Noise from traffic - no glazing. Small rooms , tiny bathroom. Leaking tap. Very basic facillities. No meals or drinks. No space in room to enjoy meal.

A great location.. The lovely soft bed. The staff were ok.

The shower. The uncleanliness of the property. One of the 2 lifts wasn't working for a good part of our stay which meant you had to a wait a long time for the only other working lift. The terrible noise experienced in the rooms due to lack of noise insulation. The property is very old and is in desperate need of a refurb.

Very central for shopping and access to Darling Harbour and Circular Quay, Taxis etc.

I hadn´t any problem. But I think, I remember the bathroom with mould on a wall and a ceiling. You should solve this problem and change the surfaces.
