The location is right at the city centre so noisy environment should be expected. With limited staff at front desk and narrow lobby, there was always a long queue there waiting for checking-in or out. |

So close to everything in the city that tourists would visit. No breakfast options. Would have loved to have brekky delivered to our room. Despite being listed as a premier king/queen room, the room was comfortable but quite small. |

Great location for my needs. The price, $99.00 for a city centre hotel, was very good. The decor had been updated so didn't look tired as many cheaper hotels do. It was clean and comfortable. I had a pleasant view over the city and park. I was a little early and was promptly given an available room, rather than having to wait for the originally booked one. After catching an early interstate flight that was much appreciated. |

The location was great and we could walk everywhere. The area seemed safe too. It was very close to a major shopping area. The interior was bang up to date with lovely modern bathrooms. For the price paid it was excellent value. There was no thermostat in the room and I found it cold (June time). There was only one spare duvet in the cupboard though it was a twin room. We didn't complain though as my brother found the temperature okay so no issue there. |

The receptionists that greeted us on the first day (Tim and another lady who's name can't remember unfortunately)were helpful and friendly. The bathroom was a bit dirty when we arrived. The room offered was alot smaller than what we had been promised. The laundry facilites were really bad. Our washing got stuck in the machine, then we couldn't get it out, then when the security guard got it out for us it was soaking wet and soapy. We had to then try and dry our clothes, soaking wet and soapy. |
