It was a nice, quiet building in a good location and with great city views. The restaurant was never opened during either of our stays (we also stayed there for a few days in December) which was inconvenient, and also room service was not offered on the weekends, which seems pretty unusual and strange. Why not? People eat on weekends too! |

Yes. The airconditioning fan was cold and the heater did not work, so switched off the fan. Told reception. No fresh air was available. Toilet door jammed shut, told reception and they arranged help to get it open again. |

I was upgraded by the lovely receptionist, we were left alone by staff once checked in. There was free parking available. We were only a short walk away from the train station, the Queen St Mall and the river! Also the views from the 16th floor at night were lovely. |

The apartment was excellent. It was spacious and very comfortable with all the requirements for a short stay. Views superb. Service and food in the restaurant both good. |

I stayed in room 216 on the 21st floor and had therefore a stunning view of the city and the Brisbane River. Corridors seemed dark an not well maintained. Plus there was some expired milk in the fridge (March 2009). |

The view. The size of the room. No power point where the jug was located, had to take into bathroom. No heating. One coat hanger. Dinning pages and other pages missing from information. Restaurant food was very poor. |
