the location was very convenient,parking was good,nice apartment the fire alarm went off and it was very noisy for a long period of time and nobody knew about it until i made them aware of it,if there was a real fire happening on the premesis would anyone have done anything about it on time???

Central location, although for restaurants one has to travel in to the city. But then there is the street car right in front of the place. It is all a bit old fashioned, a bit 1960 style, but so is most of the country anyway.

We arrived outside of office hrs. Arrangement was in place as to where and how to access room keys and directions to room. Was totally satisfied, nothing to dislike really

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Which in my opinion is the most important thing. There is room service but no cutlery provided. Insufficient wall sockets for charging electronic devices.

Close to the city and public transport. Nicely updated Ensuite. Great TV to watch local stations. The Chairs and furniture are a little outdated and a bit dirty looking on the outside. Could do with a coat of paint and maintenance.

Free wifi, quite fast (for one computer) PC and printer access, 50 cents per print and a dollar for 30 min PC access near the reception. Cleanliness It's in the middle of a complicated intersection, if you are driving, kind of hard to get in. You need to walk the stair to get to the room level, pain if you are carrying a heavy suitcase, not recommended for elderly. No shampoo provided.

Excellent customer service, staff very helpful, towels changed daily, full service after three days. close to Royal children's Hospital, tram stops. Old stovetop, broken and cracked tiles on floor in kitchen and bathroom.

The staff was very nice and helpful! Good parking possibility! We booked a room with WASHING MASHINE (room description mentioned it!!!) and THERE WAS NO WASHING MASHINE ...?! So we had to pay for the laundry - not good!!!!! There were hair everywhere in the room! The floor was really dirty!!!
