The location

There is no excuse for moldy dirty bathrooms with the cleaning products we have today. It brings in to doubt how clean the other parts of the room are, incuding the linen. I will not stay there again. Because of the price I expected average. The backpackers down the road is 100% on this place.

Convienient to the city, clean, quiet.

Needed a sofa/couch. Not enough teabags or milk for a group.

We had a nice big room with a kitchenette and full sized bath. The water pressure was good and the shower hot which was a rarity on our trip. There was even a heater in the bathroom. Overall, definitely value for money.

For some reason we weren't provided with shampoo but the front desk let me borrow some. Also the road is quite steep.

Cleanliness

Poorquality reception service. Could not get a reply from desk at 8.30pm. No wi fi. A motel charging the price this one does should have it.

We required a bed, shower and no noise for sleeping and close to somewhere to eat. We ate at Titanium and received a 10% discount on our meal (table of 5). Perfect for our weekend at the V8's Symmons Plains.

Nothing - suited our needs

Staff were very friendly, and were able to help us with securing a frypan, which was missing from our room. We went for the football and it is close to both Aurora Stadium, and Coles supermarket. We loved Cataract Gorge.

We couldn't get the heater to work. When we left we were told that the switch was over the bed. Strange place for a heater switch. If it is there, you should put sign over the button to indicate it is for the heater. Or perhaps the heater wasn't working?

It was OK

Reception had disappeared before the time stated on the door and so we had to make a mobile phone contact - not cheap in Australia? There also seemed to be a descrepancy in what was offered on the booking details and what we received. This motel does NOT have wifi or anything like it - in 2013!!!

Fantastic location, with the city park just over the road. Facilities are basic but very clean and comfortable.

The view is excellent.

The light out of the window is a little bit too bright at night.
