Location, quietness

Hunting noise from nearby air conditioner, fortunately not for long as would have turned ours on to attempt to mask it. Lack of lighting in south side parking bay and rough approach.

Close to RMIT Brunswick, city trams & Barkly Sq. Our room had everything we needed with comfortable set up. Clean & quiet.

There was nothing that I didn't like. You may wish to know however that the rangehood did not work.

Had all you needed albeit compact. Balcony was useful on hot days. Parking. Close to tram,supermarket and takeaway places on Sydney Road. Good communication regarding after hours arrival (check in). Firm but comfortable bed. Free WiFi

TV reception a bit dodgy on some channels (incl sport). Occasional traffic noise from a fast vehicle.

Its in a great position to get to anywhere, the price is great, the staff are great. Better than its star rating

The staff was very friendly and helpfully. Clean room and good bahtroom provided with all the necessary appliances. Free wifi with high band velocity. The motel is located in a good position to reach the center (by car or bus/train) or th ehighways and near there are plenty of resturants/supermarkets.

Room was serviced every day but the vacuuming was done once per week..(this could be not enought in particularly for a family..). Ac could be poor in hot days and the tv is a little bit small for the room.

Noisy Guests, poor air conditioning, TV reception is bad if you turn the lights on due to electrical interference, we had to purchase a pedestal fan to circulate the air whilst sleeping

1. I liked the service offered to ensure I got into the building after hours... I was a little after 8 pm getting there. 2. I liked the availability of free internet service.

1. It was difficult to wash dishes without bumping my head...terrible design over the sink. 2. the bedmaking was ordinary

Parking a little limited for all guests * tried to have booking refunded due to unavoidable change in plans and had trouble making email contact. By the time contact was made it was too close to the date for "free cancellation" and owner was inflexible considering I had attempted contact at the correct time.

Staff was great and always ready to help.

The location was convenient and the room had basic kitchen facilities.

The room was very cold as the heater didn't work, the bed was very firm and the room looked clean, until closer inspection . Also the wifi was expensive to use.

This apartment was centrally located, clean, modern and had everything you could want - except maybe a modern TV that can get more channels. Was not a big deal as I wasn't in the apartment a lot. Staff were very helpful. Parking was a bit of an issue if you didn't get parked early you missed a spot under the building but street parking was available.

Good accommodation. I stayed in Room 3 they need to fix the air conditioner.

Quite clean and friendly, close to all amenities, reasonably priced, knowledgable staff, off street parking.

No digital T.V. in second room, very basic but we were only there to sleep etc. I would have liked bigger towels or perhaps more towels and maybe a bigger fridge but otherwise it was all we needed and the kids had their own separate room. We have booked again. :-)

very happy with parkville place-having stayed there previously, we enjoy the closeness to the city, friendly staff, lovely apartments, transport closeby, ease of local shopping. Parking on site is excellent.

A simple apartment conveniently located for me to reach the University of Melbourne while looking for permanent accommodation. Comfortable bed, spacious room, spacious bathroom, functional kitchen, plenty of natural light. Walking distance to many shops and supermarkets in Sydney Rd.

Internet quite expensive for short use, the toilet could be cleaned more often and some nights the continuous noise of an engine or turbine-like thing right outside made it somewhat difficult to sleep.

User friendly , great location being a ideal distance from the city.
