Everything. Great service. Beautiful house. Lyall room ... With mountain views . Good bed. Restored house kept well . Old charm and good hospitality. Breakfast great. I am gluten free and they had gf bread with my cooked tomatoes mushroom on toast. Yummy . The house is filled with heritage from old mining days. A great find. Best place in town for miles.

The friendliness and the location
Fantastic place to stay for an old "Queenie" boy who grew up looking at Penghana from the other end of Orr Street. Everything was fantastic and will stay again.
It was all good.
Comfortable, hospitable, convenient, historical.
Parts of the property have become in need of repair.
Location, décor, ambience and the tour of the house and it's history. The owners have done a superb restoration which transports one to the past, but incorporated every modern comfort for the traveller. Our host even cooked us a wonderful breakfast several hours earlier than normal, when our plans changed unexpectedly. We were so impressed with her friendliness and level of service.
There was nothing to fault during our stay.
We travelled from St. Louis Missouri and was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. I would highly recommend!
