Quiet off the street location
old, stained, smelly pillows. They need replacing. toilet ran for a long time when flushed or kept running until we jiggled button. blankets not very clean. front door hard to lock. Had to jiggle and check a couple of times. Bed very hard
next to the airfield
unit was very tired and in need of a good make over.
THERE WAS NO TOASTER OR MICROWAVE
close to where I wanted to be.
Room kettle didn't work and no staff available (reception locked up) early morning to assist with a replacement
The pool and location to mornington peninsula
A bit more maintenance could improve the atmosphere
It was clean and tidy. What you would expect for the money (a little dated)Staff very helpful.
Nice and quiet
The bed was bad
The rooms and bulidings are in need of some repairs and painting. the restaraunt is only open on Wednesday night and we expected it to be open on a Saturday.
Very old and in need of renovation
Near public transport so we didn't have to drive everywhere.
The restraunt was not open when we were staying there.
Walls were paper thin. Not worth $120 a night.
On arrival the reception smelled musty that should have been a sign. We went to the room omg opening the door the carpert looked like it had never been steamed clean the bedspread was faded the mattress was like a $99 special the pillows were a shade of yellow. Went into the bathroom to find that someone had shaved and wasnt clean and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The phone was like they got it from a op shop my husband and I have used your service how can you offer places of this standard you need to check this place out we did not speak to the owner to ask for a refund we left 7am that next morning if the was a another motel we would have gone to that one it was shocking
Location, friendliness,helpfulness of staff
Facilities were basic - at best. Bed was very uncomfortable, no microwave, no toaster, no iron or ironing board and only basic television. Room was very small, carpet badly stained.
staff very helpful
room was old, tired, worn out, expensive, poor value for money, no hairdryer or shampoo in room, furniture was 'sticky' and stained, bed blocked door - needs complete overhaul.
the heated pool...and the laundry facilities.
It was overpriced...no toaster...or heaters..the doors didnt feel safe.
the front desk staff were quite nice
Our room was dirty, the linen had a blood stain on it. There was no where to sit outside, even the little table next to the pool was very dirty. The pool was closed, the 'wreck room' with the billiard table in it was dusty and dirty, the couches very outdated and stained, something you would think a frat house would have in it. I knew for the money we paid I wasn't expecting anything more than 2-3 star, but I've travelled in hostels cleaner and more dated than this hotel.
Cheap and Cheerful. Dated but clean. The airconditioner was noisy but worked. For what we paid it was ok.
Old towels in the bathroom and the shower head kept falling down.
The available facilities and staff's local knowledge.
The couch in our room needed new cushions.
Nice big open area surronding establishment lots of things to do in the rumpus room
That we couldn't stay longer
Stayed with my daughter in law and grandchildren when visiting Cerberus. Kids loved the pool and we were given pool noodles to play with. Location was good for our needs. Very dated but quiet enough even though it was next to the airport, (which the kids also loved).
Staff were very nice and helpful. We were there mainly to get ready to go to a wedding then sleep and found it comfortable for our needs.
My husband found a dirty sundae container under the couch when we pulled it out to use as bed for one of the kids
Not much to like
Run down. Poor value. Hand towel was a tea towel Needs cleaning. You know people don't care when they don't ask in the morning how your stay was. Very poor customer service. Was very disappointing part of otherwise great weekend
Bed small Decode very old, living in 1970's
Helpful and friendly service. Well-priced laundry facilities. Clean rooms. Pleasant green outlook. Quiet off-road surroundings. Convenience store within walking distance.
First impressions not good. Dated buildings, fittings and linen would benefit from upgrade. Installation of playground may make this ideal location for young families.
