Pennant Hills Waldorf Apartment Hotel  

Had a pleasant stay the room could use a makeover but all in all very close to public transport which makes it easy to get around.

Paintwork in the room needed fixing up. room needed cleaing up, do pitures on the wall, old CRT , T.V. one light not working in the bathroom. Staff very slow to come to the frount desk.

Nice facilities comfortable bed roomy bathroom modern and roomy. NIce location near railway station. Nice bar and restaurant within the building. Gym facilities inhouse which was good. Reasonable price when booking with you plus easy to book.

The inhouse long life milk was off in the rooms which is bad luck but I was not given any milk to replace this - I had to walk to a service station to get milk or buy a coffee. Woken up by a crowd outside my room having a get together. No inhouse movies.

Clean comfortable and everything you would hope for at the price

Reasonably easy access to and from premises. Good on site parking. Apartment was reasonably spacious.

Incorrect calculation of account (over charge by $685). Unable to sleep Saturday night due to loud noise from Function Centre downstairs. Air conditioning either too cold or too hot.

As they are self contained apartments, the smell of cooking can be a bit overwhelming

There was a little bit of smell as if someone had been cooking in the room

although situated on a very busy room my room was located at the back of the hotel and was quiet ,overlooking some trees. convenient for bus and train

cover on ironing board threadbare....a minor detail but not an expensive item to replace! there was a definite musty smell in room which was quite unpleasant,i bought a room spray to cover it up.

Great location, handy restaurant downstairs, nice and quiet. Top Marks!

Suggestion: Microwave was in the room but no microwaveable dished. Please add a couple of glass/plastic dishes for use in Microwave.

Access was easy and the parking was straight forward as well and it was easy to get on and off the main rd to the hotel.The check inn was quick easy and friendly.The room was very clean and i thought it had everything rerquired and was modern enough and good sized.

I cant say i disliked anything about the hotel at all.

The staff were very accomodating, and obviously took pride in their customer service. They found the line between being friendly and making you feel at home, and also keeping a professional distance, while delivering well above average customer care. The reception and maintainence staff were all punching well above their weight, and stood out, head and shoulders above the rest. They left a lasting impression of near perfection in their roles. 11/10. If I am in Sydney again, I will now not stay anywhere else. Pennant Hills Waldorf Appartment Hotel is now firmly the only place I will stay in in future.

The appartment I was given was very much in need of cleaning. First I noticed all the glass shelves were covered in a considerable film of dust and muck. Then I noticed the coffee-cup stains on the table. The last straw was the clearly visable old, mouldy food under the sofa. Yuck! But then, the staff (with the exception of the cleaners) really showed their stuff. They moved me to a better appartment, which was perfectly clean, and threw in a free breakfast by way of appology. They were terribly embarrased. After I had been there a few days, they noticed that I do not eat breakfast, so at the end of my stay, they didn't charge me for the first night of my booking. That first appartment was awful, but as soon as I drew attention to this, the staff really shone! If the opportunity arrises, I will definately stay there again.

Staff make an effort to know who is arriving and to know your name which is really nice and welcoming. Staff are switched on and feel like they are genuinely wanting to help. Well done, a really nice and easy stay for me : )

Supposedly upgraded to a loft, yuk, did not like the stairs, rooms and corridors all smelt of indian food, not trolleys and no staff to help carry bags. Then was charged extra $60 for room, fixed but still over charged $10, awaiting for it to be fixed. Would not stay again, new managers have their work cut out for them, corridors looked grubby.

well appointed, kitchenette well setup, good size bathroom, quiet, HUGE bed, easy access, really enjoyed our stay and will do so again.

The Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was more than adequate and priced well. Restaurant was great value too. The fact there is a smokers area on each floor was great.

The room was unmade when I arrived and I needed to change rooms after the first night, I was unable to connect to the internet which made anwering work emails impossible. No compensation was offered. Although sincere apologies made.
