Rien. Hôtel en travaux à l'intérieur et édifice en construction à l'extérieur avec le bruit du chantier; pas de repas ou petit déjeuner mais la réservation le précisait; chambre très petite et salle de bains couloir: au total 3,5m x 2,5m; trou de 6mm dans une vitre; porte- manteaux pour 3 vestes. J'ai à votre disposition des photos Pas du tout aimé qu'en fonction des conditions ci-dessus, j'ai fait le ckeck in vers midi et à 14h00, j'informais l'hôtel que je partais le lendemain matin: au total 1 nuit et j'ai dû payer 2 nuits alors que l'hôtel était à moitié vide. Si ces conditions sont imposées je ne réserverai plus par Booking .com |

Close to the convention center and CBD The room and the bathroom is badly designed. The room is very small.....a pigeon hole. The bathroom was smallest of all the hotel rooms that I have stayed so far. The shower area of the bathroom had no curtain or door, so after the shower the whole bathroom is wet. The sink was so small that you could hardly wash your face without having the water splashed all over the floor. |

The only thing I enjoyed at this hotel was the attractive entry/foyer. I did not enjoy my room as it was extremely basic, not completed or painted fully and the soap holder was broken off so showering was not easy, it was an internal room and the walls were so thin you could hear phone messages coming in all around... |

The girls on the desk in the morning were nice! I think they stuffed up the booking, I required a tripple room as i have two young children and was given two seperate rooms. Not a good idea for a 4 and 3 year old to have their own room! |

Very nice and clean Hotel. The room next to mine was way too noisy and until 3 in the morning they had music and were very loud. Had to call 3 times the reception to get someone go and tell them to stop it. |

It was very convenient for the train station and the city circle tram and the shopping area of Melbourne. The entry to the room was very difficult to negotiate with a suitcase as the door opened onto a cupboard with very little room to get around |

The location of the hotel is good, 5 mins to the Crown Casino and Southbank, 5 mins to Southern Cross Station, 10 mins to Etihad Stadium and a great bar around the corner in Flinders St, Bertha Brown's. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a triple room, plenty of space although the bathroom is tiny, but for a few days is fine. |

Nice staff. The design, though nice looking, is rather disappointing in use. Just one example: nice-looking sink is so short that given the shelf is above it, you can't really wash your face unless you squeeze your head between the shelf and the tap, with hardly a couple of centimetres left around (so most likely you will either hit your face with the tap, or your head back with the shelf). Otherwise you can opt with spilling water on the floor and on your legs - not a big deal as the shower is half-open so you will anyway get the floor wet after using shower. Most other things are also designed, presumably, without ever thinking whether it is convenient this way. Note also that many rooms do not have windows, and some even have them to the interior of the hotel. |

Immaculate & tasteful renovation, helpful and patient hotel staff, excellent location for a visit to Melbourne. Hotel actually proposes more services than indicated on the website including same day dry cleaning - there are no unpleasant surprises with the billing. European travellers will feel right at home. The petite suite is really quite small and the bathroom sliding doors do not close properly. Some of the fittings were falling apart & the windows are old and inadequately sound / weather proofed |

Considering the facilities and location I feel like the hotel is reasonably priced. The design of the bathroom is very poor. I can deal with the small size. But there was no way to take a shower without soaking the entire bathroom. Likewise, the sink is too small and situated in such a way that there is no way to rinse your face without getting the floor wet. Also the door to the bathroom did not close completely or provide complete privacy. |

Convenient central location. Room was very small. My understanding of "boutique" hotels is that they are generally have some point of difference about them, usually design or unique decor that make them special. This was a very ordinary very small room and tiny bathroom. The views out the windows were the (derelict) building next door. |
