Staff were friendly and professional the rooms were well stocked for an enjoyable experience Down to free movies and pillows ranging in size and softness to suit all paties. It is often the little finishing touches that make a memorable stay

I was disappointed with our room situation which overlooked the road. We would have liked to look over the pool. Another small matter was there were no tissues supplied in the room, which I thought would be a basic item.

Liked the setting, the room, the spa.the buffet breakfast, the relaxed atmosphere and peaceful enviroment.

Did not like the room entry, that had a single door to 2 rooms. Constant noisy door closing was unavoidable and disruptive of sleep. Dvd player not working first night as it had faulty cable.

Poor description of '3 bedroom apartment' Facilities in the hotel room - fridge freezer broke, tv had to be reset, single beds stuck together to form double bed. General state of repair of apartment. Out of date information on local restaurants. Is not a 5 star hotel. Very disappointed in the quality of the room. Was expecting luxury but it will more of a 3 star.

Very friendly atmosphere. Clean and well maintained.

We ordered a cheese platter for our room but it was very poor quality. It had obviously been in the fridge for a long while before delivery and condensation under the glad wrap had made the nuts, dried fruit and undersides of the cheese soggy and inedible. It cost $29 but its value was negligible. Very poor and it would qualify my recommendations as per question 5 below as I would recommend the resort but not the food.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need is within walking distance, park, patrolled beach, restaurant, kid friendly pub / bistro. Beautiful big lagoon style pool, great for kids. The included breakfast was brilliant.

A bit of a distance between the car park and the room. It seemed like it would be very busy at peak times.

Friendly staff/ kitchen facilities in apartment

We are in the hospitality industry ourselves so were looking for a short getaway. we thought it was great value for money very friendly staff including the house staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the Seasons,especially the pork beey entree and your lovely sweedish waitress.Coming from the Brisbane area the under 2 hour trip to Kingscliffe was great for a short getaway.

Both our room keys failed a few times and locked us out of our room. Not sure what this what caused by. Reception always fixed it on the spot

for such A large resort, the amount of space around the main pool is disappointing. perhaps you should look at getting rid of those little pools which seem A waste of valuable space and could provide additional lounging area.

A very nice hotel wiht staff who are very very helpful and friendly/corteous. There are a few resteraunts in a little arcade v near the hotel. It is a short walk to the beach ( surf)

What I really objected to and coloured my impression was the airconditioning unit ( hot and loud) on my balcony which made it totally unusable. Even if I had turned off my a/c it also ran the room next door. The stafff were sympathetic and said it was not the first complaint but is Management/Ownere who have to listen to these complaints not staff. For this reason in my view the Hotel was not good value. There coudl be more charis and shade int he pool area

We were meeting up with friends who were staying at Peppers Bale. We couldn't get a room there so stayed in Peppers Seasons - it was great. We really enjoyed it. The bed was a bit hard though - Room 6116, but that is being a bit picky!

Our room was fantastic. The Resort was awesome, and the facilities and location, second to none.

DVD Player did not work.

A quality offering , however be warned - the popularity means that high occupancy is expected included many families with toddlers - during our stay there we're 2 weddings and a conference both on a Friday night!

THere is invariablu a queue for breakfast between 8.30-9.30

The facilities, staff and comforts of the resort were excellent.
