It was close to our function If a note could be place in your folder telling customers where the switches for the TV and radio actually are? |

The hotel is conveniently located in the city and is a short walk to shops, entertainment and transport. The room was large and clean. Staff were polite and helpful. This is a essentially a budget style hotel and it suited our purposes for an overnight transit through Perth. The hotel is really in need of a total refurbishment both the rooms and the public areas are looking tired and a little shabby. |

No fuss in and out, free upgrade, good facilities, nice clean room completely jaded and unenthusiastic counter staff, being charged for parking without being explicitly told |

comfortable and clean. was happy with Thriffty being right next door. location / end of city. Facility not there. Wash machine and dryer quantity is a joke for the amount of rooms. Especially wheb they are not working. |

It was a nice location in terms of access to the city. The rooms were clean. There were no little extras in the room like we had at other hotels eg. no hairdryer attatched to the wall in the bathroom, no wash cloth, no coffeemaker or wine glasses. The plug hole on the bath was so badly corroded that it made me not want to use the bath. Breakfast time finished a little early. |

Convienience of Bar and Restuarant on site. Also Happy Half Hour where all drinks were $5.00. There was a bit of an issue with being able to hear noise comming from other rooms. Also the water kettle in my room had a build up of a green crust on the heating element. |

The swift manner the staff attended to a problem I had. The lockset to the entrance door failed and the maintenance person came in after hours to renew it. The room was genarlly untidy and needed to be cleaned properly. The bathroom vnts had years of dust blocking them. The vanity was crazed. The free internet was archaic in its low speed. The furniture was tired looking. The linen truck was unloading under my widow one noght and I thought I was sleeping in a bowling alley. The lifts could not hold more than three people. |
