Great sized unit. Close to city Having to check in in Swanson St. Makes it difficult. Extremely noisy, really needs double glazing or something to minimise the noise. Saturday night wasn't able to get to sleep until 0300.

I liked the compactness of the apartment, it's proximity to the city. The noise levels from the apartment above. The parking situation, I drove from the country& the street parking around was only 2 hours, I wasn't able to leave the car & take the tram to the city. The apartment I stayed in could have been cleaned a little better.

The location close to the City center. No Sofa table, we had to use another chair to serve as a table!! The bathroom bin was broken and didn't get fixed during our stay (5 days) despite the fact that we notify it. The kitchen hood lights were broken and did not get fixed either. The windows were not closed and very hard to close due to the fact they may be (at least) 60 yo. Bad noise isolation, which is annoying due to the nearby road. No 24/7 office. The office being 1,5km away from the apartment.

The wide, clean room and the facilities of the kitchen were set moderately. There was not bedmaking in my room for first three days. On Saturday and Sunday, will not there be it? The amenity was put from the day, too.

I didn't mind having to pick up the key from another address, I did not appreciate however the fact that I was not told that I had to pick u the key after 1pm. This was extreamly disruptive and cost us extra money in taxi's at midnight to come back to the hotel to collect a key and our baggage. You should invest in a key safe whereby customers call in advance to get the pin code & pick up the key from outside the building when it is convenient for them. Plenty of hotels around Australia do this (even in Townsville) and it works perfectly. You should investigate this. I would not stay at your facilities again based on this experience.

The suite was roomy and spacious. Good kitchen facilities. Near most shopping facilities. The room was beside a major road – very noisy. No elevator – hard for older travelers to carry up their bags. Check-in process was a big pain. Check in at one location. Apartment at another location.

The bed was super comfy! The kitchenette was functional. It was relatively quiet. Nice rooms. Great shower / bathroom. Found the lounge was a fold out bed. The in house food service delivery was great too, the food was yummy! The trams were right across the road. The inconvenience of picking up a key from another suburb and taxi to the apartment dragging our luggage behind us.

The fact that the electricity went out just after mid-night, and after calling reception, I was told to "hold on until sunrise" I have a condition where I sleep with the lights on and after holding for almost two hours to go to the bathroom, I had to leave the room, drive half asleep to the reception which was located a few blocks away, they gave me another room but my sleep was ruined, so at 7am after getting about 2 hours of sleep, I checked out, went home, slept all day, missed an appointment, then when I called to ask for a refund, the person on the phone said she had no idea about the situation and the room I got as a replacement apparently did not exist, so she'd call me back, almost two days went by I didn't get a call so I called back and the same lady got edgy very quickly and said there was electricity in the morning when house keeping went in, and she pretty much insisted that I was lying. Not helpful at all, if a guest can't go to the toilet because its pitch black, or use any of the things that are part of the deal like the toilet, tv/dvd, or even the lights, and then gets told to hold on till sunlight because nothing can be done, then it clearly means the guest isn't important at all. Fair enough the price was cheaper than some of the other places, but at the end of the day I did pay my hard earned money only to be called a liar. Not happy.

It is in a very convenient location in relation to trams etc. Having to check in at Swanston St. Is not very good at all. There was no information compendium in the room and no other local information whatsoever. The phone did not work properly and I was unable to contact switch on any of the 6 days I was there. The apartment above seemed to be housing a large herd of elephants who thundered about day and night. The whole place is not very soundproof. Overall it was a good place to stay if you did not have to be there long. The airport Skybus shuttle does not go there so you should stop advertising their services. The noise, the poor quality soundproofing, the hopeless check in system, the non working phone, the lack of information about helpful things like how to use the trams and public transport and where the nearest supermarket is. The cleanliness was adequate but there were lots of stains on walls. No Skybus shuttle service goes to this property any longer. Utterly useless.
