Management was excellent with very friendly manner. We arrived early and was invited in with no problems, not like other motels where you can leave your luggage but not enter the room when arriving early I wish they had mugs instead of tea cups but most other motels do the same.

It was a good location for our stop-over and the owner was a wonderful host. I think it was a bit expensive for what it was but other than that no complaint.

Tom was such a friendly welcoming proprietor, ready to assist with any needs required. The motor lodge was spotlessly clean and easy to get around in. The surrounding Reserve and magnificent waterways of Port Stephens were idyllic. Would definitely return and tell my friends about this holiday experience Jill & Bill Nothing

A quiet location, yet close to all facilities, being in walking distance to beach, marina and shopping centre, restaurants, etc. A friendly and helpfully host. Neat and tidy rooms. Nothing really. It met my expectations.

My husband & myself stayed at Port Stephens Motor Lodge in March 2012 to visit family and again in June 2012. We both enjoyed the hotel and the staff who are very nice and helpful. The motel is very central to all of the amendies of Nelson Bay as well as being quiet. Will definately stay again. Liked it all.

Owner welcoming. Breakfast satisfying and served on time. While room was clean and tidy surrounds were not. Stairwell and landing outside room was obviously used by smokers and no attempt made to clean up. Likewise balcony of room requires clean up and painting. Generally needs some work seems tired.
