location - it was near the place we came to visit for a function. helpful and friendly staff - they were very obliging. linen was fresh each day. parking was convenient. bathroom - although it had been updated the vanity could have been "finished off" in a better way - whilst using the toilet the vanity pipe was exposed and it just looked unfinished. curtains could be updated both bathroom and guest area. bed linen - outer cover (quilt/doona) could have been better quality. Altenative to cotton. Cotton covers should be laundered with each new guest to maintain crispness/freshness. cabinetry is truly outdated and makes the room dreary. Am not sure what Eumemmerring is so did not know how to answer number 5 below.

I thought the staff were fantastic. So helpful and understanding. Bathrooms were great, the BEST SHOWERS!!!!!! tea, coffee and fridge all good. DVD player was handy, easy to get DVD's from reception. Best Value for money. The beds were poor, the mattresses were just not comfortable. You could sleep, but you noticed the beds because it is"not your own".

Location The room smelt like stale smoke, the linen had burn marks in it. There was little hot water. Very noisy. Kitchen facilities minimal.

It was close to where we wanted to be. The room that we had this time was not as good as last time. There were only two pillows in the room .The fixture in the shower came off the wall there were no bath mats,it definitely wasn't as good as last time.

Location to famaly and friends Needs work, Lighting NEW BEDS ,toilet too low to the ground,no soap holders in the shower. In saying all that the units were verey clean and value for money.

The facilities were very average. The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were overcrowded. We were only supplied with two towels in a room that should be able to cater for four people. Overall, we were less than satisfied with the accommodation.
