I loved how quiet it was. No noise at all. Housekeeping was excellent and my request for two extra soft pillows (instead of the bricks in the cupboard), was promptly organised.

The bath was the reason I chose the Pullman as I was attending a 4 day long intense seminar and it was perfect for me at the end of each day. The staff were excellent with special thanks to Paul the Night Manager who I found to not only be friendly but extremely welcoming and a delight to speak with. I would like to pass on my person thanks to Paul for his outstanding service. I was not overly impressed with the eggs at the buffet breakfast-they tasted powdery. In the room I would have appreciated more appliances Eg Toaster/microwave and a hair straightener

The staff at reception were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the executive suite very luxurious. The amount of time it took to have meals delivered when ordered through room service or at the bar. I understand that the level of service was impaired due to the number of people attending the Anthony Robbins event, but it was disappointing nonetheless.

The room was not what I wanted. We booked 2 beds we instead had a king size and a roll in little bed. The first thing I took from the fridge was a bottle of lemonade it was water in the bottle instead so I made a cup of tea the milk was 7 months out of date. The next day we went to the show leaving at 7 oclock in the morning returning at 4 oclock in the afternoon to find our room had not been cleaned we had to sit in the bar and wait when we finally went in nothing in the fridge had been replaced. Needless to say when we come back next year with horses to compete at sydney royal show we will be staying somewhere else.

Superb location for our trip to the Sydney Royal Easter Show. Appreciated early check-in and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Considering the price paid, we expected a more luxurious hotel. Eg the lobby design and lift area was small and 'under-whelming'. Surprisingly too, the shower water pressure was poor and the hot water was only luke warm.

The nicest, softest beds! Huge throw pillows and good quality sheets, linen etc, robes in room, nice sized bathtub (King Deluxe Room), big windows with views of olympic park, nice restaraunt. Only one saucer in the drawer for coffee cups, no bin liner/rubbish bag in bin, wrong newspaper delivered in morning, only maybe 4-5 pay tv channels (mainly sports & news) some entertainment ones would be nice.

Close to the clients The horrible nickle and dime attitude no coffe in the room no water no coffe in the lounge 30 minutes of wifi a day I am surprised this palce did not charge for towels and soap. The bed was very hard and the idea that I have to pay for the most expensive class of room - I had the second to get a comfortable bed - your advertising says pillow top beds for the most expensive rooms. You should be ashamed at being such cheap shits.

We loved the proximity to the Aquatic Centre where we were attending a swim carnival. We found all staff, particularly at reception, very helpful. Given I was with a 13 year old, we found she wanted more than the children's menu, but the meals on the main menu were not what she would like to eat. This forced us to eat elsewhere.

Olympic Park is great its spacious and realitively peaceful & quiet Access to fresh foods I.E. fruit and vegies. In our situation limited time was of essence. A heating device for foods would have been helpful in our situation.

It's ideal for a stay when visiting for an event in Sydney Olympic Park - great for children and fantastci proximity to the Arena and the Aquatic centre. It was fine. I could have used a small tube of toothpaste instead of a sewing kit. Just a thought on what is more likely to be really useful for guests.

The location was great in respect of the concert we were attending at All Phones Arena. The room was nice, bathroom was lovely and the bed was very confortable. The parking was a bit confusing as when we checked in we were told to park in the novatel car park but when we drove there we were told The Pullman had valet parking as the carpark was now full. so we had to then drive back and struggled to get a park in front of The Pullman so drove around the block till we could get a park. Also when we ordered room service for breakfast we had no cutlery delivered with the toast & jam. I should have rang room service again but figured the toast would be cold by the time they came back with a knife so used a teaspoon instead.

I was very dissopponted in my stay we were. Even asked to pay for wifi and for 400 bucks would have thought there would have been a spa and so much for under ground parking they rented a council car park and still expected us to pay 45 bucks for it. Very dissopponted for a executive suit

We travel a lot, but the Pullman was the best checkin I've experienced in a long time. The Rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was also very nice. Like every other hotel, the Mini Bar is sooo expensive. What is that all about. I'd buy from the minibar every time if it was affordable. It's just stupid to allocate space for a fridge, stock it, check it every day, and in most cases people don't take anything from the mini bar.

Champagne & views on new years eve. My credit card was charged twice- one as a pending transaction, much more than the actual cost of my hotel stay. As we are traveling for 3 weeks this has caused my available credit to be reduced by $1000- inconvenient as I only have a small credit limit on my card. When I complained was told they would remove it soon but 5 days later I'm still waiting. I've stayed at the crowne plaza & I'm currently staying at the hyatt on Collins- none of these hotels have done this. The other thing we were unhappy with was the executive level promised views & separate shower & bath- we were given a disabled room then moved to a room on a lower floor with no views when we complained.
