Pullman Sydney Olympic Park  

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

We had to ring twice to get our bed changed from double to king. No big deal! Hotel was full.

The help desk was under staffed, this it took well into 3/4 of an hour for check in, and considering how room check in is at 2pm one would think the desk would be best manned and efficiently run then. The hotel parking was hard to find, I observed another customer asking after its location as I did, there should be signs. Upon getting my reservation the deputy manager or what not failed to tell me the room number or floor level. Paying $25 for parking... Sheesh

There was no fitted sheet on our bed only mattress protector wich is not what your supposed to sleep on. There was a sheet but prefered to sleep on that and then sleep under doona except it got very hot. A fitted sheet would've been better so then we could sleep under the blanket.

I just loved it, it made my weekend with my friends very special, and I got the 16th floor, so I suppose I was a bit of a princess all weekend......... Thanks had a great time/......

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Can't wait to stay there again.

I wanted to book a hotel in the city, but they were all booked out, so booked the Pullman. No regrets. Best hotel I've stayed in in years. (If not the best ever).

Nice surrounding, enough eatery places, close to the concert venue being anz Stadium. Very helpful and friendly staffs.

Cleanliness - very poor. I found a room key/card from previous person on the floor. Glasses hanger next to the bed. Both items are very obvious for cleaner to spot but was missed.

Breakfast. Everything else was poor. Aside from that the location was good.

The fact they had changed our booking type and didn't have the correct room type available. Then we moved to a room with no hot water or water pressure. When my bag was moved a whole can of hairspray expelled into my bag and now the holding deposit has been debited to my account and I have also paid for the room and the holding deposit has not been reversed. It was a disaster.

The location was ideal as we attended a concert at Acer Arena so it was within walking distance.The hotel staff were friendly and professional.The room was luxurious I loved the relaxing bath,the comfy bed and the swivel chair!!The hotel was of very high quality!!The food we ordered for breakfast was delicious,thoroughly enjoyed the banana toffee pancakes!!

I did not like being charged $45 to park in the carpark I mean we have already paid to stay at the hotel,parking should be complimentary or part of the charge made for the room.I Did not like the selection on the menu for dinner,for the price of the meals I felt you did not get value for money,you did not receive what you paid for,you received alot less!!The food and drinks we ordered for breakfast was a little better value for money but it was still expensive.I Understand that you have to charge these prices to obtain your high quality hotel but we would only stay here once maybe twice in our life as you simply cannot afford to stay constanstly.

Loved the room stayed on the executive level and enjoyed the executive lounge. Staff were excellent, very professional - we loved it so much we booked another stay !!!!!!!

The staff at the reception desk and the conceige were amazingly helpful. The room was beautiful and fully fitted out. The bathroom was amazing and the complete suite was spotless. It was so close to Acer Arena.

The bar closed too early on the Saturday Night - 12:00pm, when youv'e been out it would have been nice to have a drink at the bar. The breakfast staff were not engaging or as helpful as the Reception area and the food on the hot buffet was only warm

the fact that it was so close to ANZ Stadium and the dinner at the restaurant that night was great though a tad expensive but still the quality was good and the staff demeanour was excellent.the bar. the bar at the end of the footy game was a great atmosphere too

just the prices of the food and drinks was a little too expensive
