Good location near where the friends are 3 bedrooms good for family Self-contained units No clothes dryer in the unit - I ended up using the air-conditioning unit to dry my clothes. When we returned to the unit in the afternoon, the door to the unit was not closed. Luckily, we did not lose any valuables - we complained to the reception. At the end, they apologised by giving us a bottle of house wine. The entrance to the garage was too dark to key in the code for entering into the car park ! Additional lighting required. The sofas in the unit were tired and needs replacement/repair.

ample space in all rooms, lots of wardrobe space in bedroom, lovely sizable living area. Secure parking was also a bonus. Driving out onto Burwood highway so close to the traffic lights was a bit "hairy"

Very friendly staff - esp in the breakfast room and at reception. Rarely ahd such a nice and simple breakfast at a hotel - nutritious too (I'm a dietitian, so liked the options : ) Love the coffee machine too. Also handy having the gym. I was woken one morning by scratching in the roof : ) .. possums? mice?

Price in suburbs more affordable than in they city. Nothing wrong with it. Kids would have enjoyed wi-fi if it was free.

员工热情友好。地点不错，开车去哪边都走的大路很方便，也有tram和bus可乘坐。停车需预定但车位其实- 不紧张。房间大，住的还算舒适。 房门的设置不好，没有特别注意去关上的话会发出很大声响，影响休息。房间布置稍陈旧。价格稍贵。

helpful friendly staff, close to family, secure parking (although wasn't working so hubby fixed it) Fabric on chair and couch were badly torn, need repair, chips on coffee table held together with sticky tape, walls very thin, double glazing definitely needed for Highway frontage apartments, towels were the size of a camping towel! Elevator not working from car park, secure exit door to main road held open by phone books!

Staff friendly and helpful Minor thing: entry to the garage needs some lighting. it's difficult to punch in the code number in the semi darkness. Same for the garage lift.
