Staff were very friendly; The service was great as they were able to respond to our request of service promptly & without concern; FREE parking; Appartment - able to cook breakfast for the 6 of us;

The flooring in the corridor was lifted and was a OHS risk.

I liked how spacious the lounge & kitchen & rooms where.

I didn't like the out dated furniture and the lack of paint on the walls. And the reception location is very difficult to find. More signage is needed out the front of the subway food store.

The apartment was small but very clean. Very convenient and central location. Easy to take the tram to the city centre and also easy to take the car out of the city. The staff were very helpful especially the receptionist .

Location was very good but that is it.

Cleanlines very poor, decor very outdated needs to be modernised very much, was booked as a 4strar at very best it was a 2 & half !! Pool was very cold,spa was to hot but spa part did not work, steam room not working, basicly very poor condition and should not be on the Punt Hill list of Accomodation,I would never recomend this place to anyone.

Barbara on reception couldn't have been more helpful. Rooms were very good size. Situated right by tram stop.

Apartment was in need of refurbishment as appeared a bit tired.

I was with a group of six people. The apartment was big and fully contained with three big bedrooms, the beds were comfy, not hard like most hotel rooms,there was a balcony, it was close to where you can catch trams and the people at the reception were really friendly.

I can't really complain about anything.

Apartment was spacious. Barbara at reception was very helpful. Nice to have a kitchen and laundry.

This building is in very poor condition. It needs cleaning and painting. The furniture needs cleaning as do the windows.

Friendly staff always ready to help. The pool was very popular with the children. Having a washer and dryer came in handy.

Facilities are good for a family outing, equipped with washing machines, microvave owen, baking owen, fridge, dish washer and stove..

Only one air-conditioning unit in the living room and one toilet and one bathroom for 6 people... daily cleaning was not up to the mark as the floor was not sweeped and beds are not done.

The constant traffic noise and aircon only in living area so unable to open windows on very hot nights

Location, very friendly staff with excellent customer service. Nothing was a problem and staff were always willing and able to provide assistance, advice and suggestions, particularly the On-site Manager. Good sized rooms. Generally very happy with accommodation.

Some room facilities need updating ie lounges. Leaking tap under sink in Bathroom and loose flooring in the kitchen area. Balcony area needs new glass partitions and general spruce up.

The hotel was very dirty and run down. The pictures of the room are outdated. The staff where rude and very unhelpful. They tried to charge twice.

poor customer service, room not ready by checkin time and no apology - dirty, run down and the balcony did not feel safe to stand on. Pictures are nice but reality is terrible. Stay away.

This apartment needs maintenance, the parquet floor is old and needs replacing as does the rotten wood between the bathroom and the hallway. Overall it requires refurbishing , new paint in the lounge and new lounge furniture as well.

The manageress was excellent in attitude as I imagine she deals with disgruntled guests.

See above. Shabby describes it in a word. Even a coat of paint and clean windows would add something. Oh and a new tv. Couldn't even watch the tennis adequately.

The lady at the reception was extremely helpfull. The apartment was large. Parking very good arranged. Close to St Kilda Beach and with tram easy to centre Melbourne.

Kingsize bed was very unstable. And apartment looked a bit worn out but if you give preference to space it does not matter.

Apartment 2c is in desperate need of refurbishment. The walls and ceilings were dirty and marked - unacceptable.The two sofas were uncomfortable and grubby. The television is a joke and substandard. It could not receive all local channels. Get a flat screen - seriously! Parquet was missing from the kitchen floor. The queen-size bed in the main room had a spring poking through. Unacceptable. Every window in the apartment was filthy (on the outside) - a disgrace. The ironing board protector/cover was virtually non-existent. It needs to be replaced. The smell from the open rubbish site was disgusting.
