Apartment was spacious, the staff were really helpful, the location was good, the apartment was quiet despite being on a busy road, easy access to Chinese restaurant and take away food as part of the complex

The beds very very comfortable and the room was well equipped.

The rate for extra children was excessive

Managers hard to contact. They locked us out of the room and they couldn't be contacted . Had to call them on the phone and they didn't answer. Sent cleaner upstairs to find them and redo our entry card. No apology after we waited 20 minutes for them to appear.

Very nice, modern, clean rooms. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Made it a pleasant trip even with out small baby. Would definitely stay again

Helpful Staff

Arriving after 9pm there is no night Porter on duty, so you phone a central nighyt dutyn number which issues instructions for securing the key from a hidden combination safe. When we arrived at 2 am we were unaware of this, and spent 30 minutes ringing he bell for the porter, before discovering the correct method to gain late entry. Despite twice informing central reservations of our our late arrivaltime, we were not informed of this system.

Modern, well planned apartment with quality finishes. Reception was very friendly and efficient with the check-in.

Easy walk to train station and in Melbourne in no time.

I've been to Punthill Oakleigh around 4 - 5 times this year alone, always to do some work in the local area. The staff are very accommodating, it's clean and very comfortable, and definitely worth paying to go from the studio to a 1-bedroom configuration (studio is VERY small - the 1-bed is the way to go for not much more)

The first few times I was located in the back overlooking the car park, the most recent few times I've been located facing the highway which is pretty darn noisy.

Location near to conference. Cleanliness of room. Location near to other facilities.

I came to there for the business trip and stay 5 nights. The room is clean and confortable. The location nears the Chadstone Shopping Centre and it incl. The supermarket, restaurant and shops. The distance from hotel to Chadstone Shopping Centre by walks only around 10 minutes. It’s very convenient.

The bed is too soft and a wash-basin on the bathroom is too small.

Reception staff very abrupt and rude. Did not allow extra time in the morning for late checkout.

i really liked the rooms very comfortable and clean.

the fans on the decking where too hot when they started up. it was a hot night so we thought we would sit out side and have a drink but the fans made it like a sauna.not much you can do though they have to go some where.
