Location, comfy bed, clean. Adrian & Paul at front desk are awesome front house people, friendly, helpful and fun always professional.

Room 901. - needs more storage for clothes in bedroom and shelving in bathroom for storage of cosmetics & beauty products. These are currently stored on floor.

Friendly staff greeted us. Bed was very comfortable and good kitchen setup Lollypops on pillow

Coffee cups were dirty and had to wash before use Bathroom was a little disorganised - need a shelf

Very comfortable room with a great view. Staff we always helpful and available if we had any issues.

Loved the location perfect for Chapel Street and also for South Yarra Station. The apartment was lovely, with all the facilities to make it feel like home.

The staff were very helpful. We had a problem with our fridge on new years eve. They quickly supplied us with a cool box and ice then got the fridge fixed over the next day. The apartments are excellently placed in the middle of Suth Yarra right next to the railway station.

The location is fantastic. Really close to the train and trams. You can also walk to the end of the street and walk along the river. There are many restaurants and great shopping really close. Even though it was closer to everything, the rooms were very quiet

The rooms were very small and there were no shelves for clothes in the robes. The second bathroom was basically the size of a large toilet. The shower was tiny and sprayed water over the entire floor. There were no ledges or anywhere to put toileteries. The rooms were poorly cleaned. One day the beds were just "pulled up"! The table and mirrors weren't wiped at all.

Great location within 3 minutes walk from South Yarra station. Rooms are well sound-proofed and couldn't hear anything from the station once the patio door was closed. Short stroll to the Botanic Gardens and shopping on Chapel Street. Front of house staff are super friendly and really helpful. Room was spacious, spotless and well styled.

No free wifi (its available, for a cost) but that seems to be standard for most hotels.

Fantastic location, South Yarra is a lovely spot and within reasonable distance to the city and beach. Great shopping and eating in this area. The train station and tram stops are all within walking distance. The rooms have everything you need and are a decent size - I stayed in a one- bed apartment. The room was clean and comfortable.

The noise from the train station is noticeable (from early morning right through to night) if your room is facing that way. Out on the balcony it is loud when trains are coming and going. With the doors closed it didn't bother me much but perhaps because I'd read in other reviews to expect this. So be prepared for that.

I though the rooms were stylishly designed and the location for shopping, restaurants and especially transport was excellent.

Nothing - will stay again next time visiting relatives.

Fantastic location. Just a few hundred meters to train and tram stops to the City, Richmond and St Kilda. Right near the Chapel st/Toorak Road shops and restaurants. The place was nice and clean with friendly staff and stylish modern decor. There is a full kitchen with oven and full size fridge and dishwasher which is very useful with a family.

Car park is a bit tight for a large car. The second bedroom is pretty squeezy for two messy teenagers and we didnt' use the second shower as it just had a curtain and no real separation from the rest of the very small bathroom - everything got wet. But the other bathroom was a decent size.

proximity to public transport and shops

Friends in my party were treated not very satisfactorily when it came to asking for a slightly later checkout. I felt some kind of arrangement could have been agreed upon. The cupboards in the kitchen area were well above my reach. A proper small step/ladder would have been great instead I had to balance on a footstool. Not very safe.
