Convenient to Transit Centre, reasonably comfortable with plenty of room, and quiet! Would use again.

Close to city, good for shopping and football at suncorp stadium. Close to train station.

Room smelt musty.Fridge rattled. Kitchen cupboards chipped and broken on the bottom. Room needs a makeover. Glad got at the cheaper rate, would have been disappointed if paid the premium rate.

Situated in the cbd.

Very poor and abrupt service by many of the reception staff. Whenever I was in contact with them, I was under the impression that I was a burden to them and a pain in the butt. No friendly help or smiles.

It is very handy to every thing

Very convenient being right opposite the Roma St Transit Centre - good helpful staff, clean, quiet and comfortable. Also, very handy having the cafe downstairs.

The only reason I choose this Hotel is available. However even if nothing is available I wont choose it again. The Room was smelly and looked like it would need a renovation. Bath was OK, except badly ventilated and the shower a bit grubby. The Air-condition vents needed a cleaning BADLY. The Room had a Window and a Balcony door but didn’t had ANY flyscreen. Kitchen was OK, Fridge clean (however a bit smelly). The TV Remote control was broken and even after 2 times asking wasn’t fixed. Same with the cable internet, physically broken, online Service said they will fix it, but failed to do so in the week I was there. I found that the Room was totally overpriced for what it is.

Very Clean- self contained - staff were great - very close to everything. It was a great stay.

The washing machine didn't work, paint cans and other utilities stored in room. We called about the washing machine - staff came and looked at it and said sorry no maintenance till Monday. We were there through Thursday and still didn't ever get fixed or looked at. Never heard anything about it. I manage a hotel as well and would suggest storing the paint and other misc utility items in 1 locked cupboard rather then us being able to view everything.

The only thing we liked was the location.

It was old, dirty, noisy. Our glass sliding door didnt look - very unsafe. I won't go on. Didn't enjoy our stay one bit.

Proximity to city centre. Ease of use, access, security, facilities. Abbey apartments had everything I needed. I had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend to others wanting a good place to stay.

Unfortunately, sound proofing is not fantastic if you are a light sleeper... Bin men collect at 12.00 Mn and the local construction work starts at 06.00 am exactly. I was at the back of the building in an apartment that had not been upgraded so this may be addressed in refurbished rooms or in the front of the building.

The location and the great price is why we stayed there

Car park was a huge let down. We manage to book in and park in the morning, then had a family function that evening and when we returned the car park was full and I had to park out of town and caught the train back in the city. Lucky the train station was accross the road of the Hotel
