Abbey Apartments by Q Resorts

The apartments are opposite the main transit centre in Brisbane, this enabled us to hop on / off trains , buses etc with ease. Great brekky bar under the apartments and a 20 min walk to mid city. Perfect for a long weekend with some independance and late flights connecting by train to apartments.

Location, excellent apartment with fantastic views. Although we were located close to the centre of the city we found our accommodation to be very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy and the facilities suited our requirements perfectly. The staff were also very helpful in assisting us as to where to go and how to get around Brisbane. We would have no hesitation in staying at Abbey Apartments again and happy to recommend them to others. Many thanks.

Good TV and a good washing machine.

Old and uncomfortable furniture and furnishings. Curtains did not draw and let light in bedroom. Dripping tap in kitchen could not be turned off. Uncomfortable bed. Furniture very cheap and shabby. Ring around bathtub.

Location was very good just opposite train station and within easy walking distance of the north and south riverbanks, also a 10 minute walk to queen street mall which was very enjoyable.beds were comfortable and clean and apartment was a good size staff were very helpful.

Our apartment had not been refurbished and was badly needing to be. Everything we needed was there but very dated air con was very noisy. There was 1 cup and 1 mug which was still dirty with coffee cutlery left a lot to be desired

i liked the appartment as they were centrally located with good price to offer for rooms which were kept really nice n were very comfortable.

I liked that the rooms werew large and not tiny like most hotels normally.

Faulty Fire Alarms

Location was good, close to transport and shopping. Price was a deciding factor and we were not sure what the room would be like but was very suprised. The apartment looked like it had been recently renovated and was very clean with plenty of room. We would recommend the apartments and also stay there again if visiting Brisbane.

When booking the apartments it said that parking was available but after booking it said limited parking available and you couldn't book a space. There was no mention at all of a height limit and when we got there we couldn't get in because we had a four wheel drive with a roof rack on. There were four spaces outside but they were full, one with a four wheel drive and three with cars. Staff weren't very helpful, was told they could get one of the cars moved but then they changed their minds. We tried many parking garages in the city but most had ridiculous height limits and it was only because our daughter lives close by that we had somewhere to park.

The position. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. We certainly appreciated the couple of mini-services and the immediate attention to the light fitting that fell down twice. We appreciated the ease of parking for our family in the evenings. It was quite and private and we enjoyed our evening drinks on the balcony watching the traffice we didn't have to travel in. We got the room on a special price which made it better. We would consider staying again and would recommend it to others.

This may be viewed as a complaint but we consider it for the betterment of your business especially in view of our comments above re returning and recommending your place to others. There is nothing that we can say that we didn't like about the place. However I was disappointed in the cleansiness as there was mould around the bathroom taps - which I cleaned with toothpaste and tissues also water markrs on and around the sink. In the kitchen there was some food on the floor and on the table and lounge table - glass marks. We probably should have said something but it was easier just to clean it ourselves. The other thing is the airconditioner didn't seem to work well in the bedroom. No broom - just a handle.

I like Abbey Appartments because its close to everything it has a kitchenette and the pool and spa was enjoyable and it was a comfortable place to stay in.

No complaints here there was nothing I didnt like except i would've liked to stay longer.

For the price, it was perfect. I needed somewhere close to the transit centre and it was directly across the road. Clean bed, sheets, new tv and couch all made for a pleasant stay.
