При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях взимается AUD 30,00 с человека за ночь.
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается AUD 30,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 3.
Дополнительные и детские кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.

Located close to country rail, doctors & shopping. Rooms were comfortable & we liked the convenience of our own kitchen. Maintanence of furniture..the arm of one dining chair was broken. The powerpoint behind the head of the bed was dangerous - the bed pushing against the lamp plug caused the bulb to "blow". These items were pointed out to staff when checking out. |

Everything i neeeded in apartment was there to complete my stay, i never had to ask for anything. Staff helpful and friendly. Location to transit services and city ideal. Little noisy due to traffic but had to be expected as it was on a main street. But that was no problem for us. |

close to city and rail, self contained with laundry, a good price The door lock in room 1603 was broken. The door could not be latched, let alone locked. Quite dangerous on the 16th floor. |

Being on the 15th floor, with views of the city. Convenience and appartment layout. The two pillows in the wardrobe had dirty pillowslips. I complained and the matter was attended to to my satisfaction. |

Large clean apartment with many facilities typical for Australia (e.g. kitchen but also a washing machine), most were not the newest but working. Good location just opposite to Roma Street Station and 5 minutes by foot from centre of the city. |

Location was perfect. Right accross the street is the Transit Centre where all trains are coming trough. It was a bit noisy due to the fact that the hotel is right at Roma Street (which is a very busy street) and we were not able to close the windows properly. The functionality of the heating system seems also not really to work and therefore it was really cold during the night in July. We also had no table to sit on where we could have breakfast. There was only a computer table and a sofa table in the appartment. |

The apartments were great. They were clean and well-serviced by pleasant and helpful staff. The location was amazing. Just across the road from the airport train and coaches for tours such as Fraser Island and Australia Zoo. Just a few blocks walk to Queen St Mall for clothes shopping, food hall, clothes and resturaunts. A subway and a cafe closeby. |

The renovated room was nice, although the kitchen bench was rather excessive causing a 'nasty' overhang which my 4 year old ran into a number of times.... this bench took up a lot of space unecessarily. Being close to the city was great. The hot water issue in our room 1006 was unbearable (constantly changing from extremely hot to very cold - very difficult as an adult and dangerous for a child). There were no other major issues personally, though I did hear from other residents that there was no after hours assistance available on the number provided....as there was a group of young people having a very loud party on our floor. |

The vacinity to public transport and city centre was very convenient. Staff were friendly when approached with enquiries. The spa was out of action and not notification was given on letter on arrival. No information in room of any sort about Brisbane, hotel, phone information etc despite being on letter that 'read information booklet supplied in room re services etc' When told didn't have that booklet in room I was told they didn't put them in the room anymore.?? |

The location of the hotel is ideal for day trips to the gold/sunshine coast also handy for shopping When the reception closes at 9pm, there is no contact with after hours facility |

The staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome. The Apartment was comfortable and in a great location for useing translink services. Direct Dial telephone line was not working for the last two nights. Staff seemed unable to locate fault |
