It was convenient to public transport, quiet, modern and spacious for 2 adults. It was very affordable and well located to Townsville CBD

Sue (staff member) was exceptionally helpful, upgrading me to a 2 bedroom apartment when there was no twin bed available. I was on a budget, travelling with a 16 month old baby, and a friend so the apartment setting and 2 rooms was an absolute blessing. The view is lovely, and the rooms very spacious. I had no issues with safety and the baby.

My bedroom had a lot of black hair stuck in the carpet, and the room was not accessible with a lift which was exhausting with a pram, baby, suitcase, handbag and carseat! There really needs to be a lift or warning that there is none, I could have been disabled, on crutches or anything and not been able to get help as there is no one on reception. Also, ity took me so long to work out where a supermarket was, and how long to get there that they had closed! Would be handy to have that info in a folder so i didn't have to order pizza!.

The apartment was well appointed and set out. All requirements were met within the kitchen and layout. The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. Loved the huge outdoor area.

The blind in the main bedroom was not attached therefore allowing the early morning sun ensuring an early wake up call. The second bedroom was quite noisy. The dryer was not clean as there was hair in the dryer. Extremely hard to locate with lack of signage or street numbers visible from Flinders St, as the apartments are set back off the road.

2 bedroom apartment was a great size for three adults.

Not the best location for tourists, however we were aware of this upon booking and value for money was better than a 2 bedroom on The Strand. Easy walk to supermarket.

It was pretty central to everything

Didnt like that there wasnt little pods of milk in the fridge... would have liked just some little pod of milk

It was really nice the people were nice , admin was easy done and the female receptionist was really nice , the food was pimpin :P and it's good to see some modern class come to townsville in reguards to architecture and relaxsation expecially this place also vine 21 is very modern and intricate

The location for the event we attended - u/19 world cricket cup.

We loved the position of the apartments and the two bedroom two bathroom arangement was fantastic!!

Unfortunately this lovely new appartment was let down buy its uncleanliness. The floors hadnt been mopped in quite a while and were dirty, we found used cottons buds on the basin in the main bathroom and the crockery needed wasing before we could use it. It was such a shame as we would love to recommend it to others and perhaps stay again, but most probably wont. Beautiful place just needs new cleaners!!

The only thing we liked as a family was the servce we were given.

There was not enough blankets, air cond (heat) didn't work, all the kitchen items were not there only one tea towel and rangehood was difficult to operate.The lighting is very poor and there is only one tv, most apartments have a tv in the main bedroom. Toliets were not clean,under the seat it was completely dirty, hadn't been clened in a long time and the shrs have mould around the bottom edges. Over all we were very disappointed with the std. We have stayed at many places over the years and Q resort has to be one of the biggest disapointments

Open and fresh, well equiped, good location, security. Comfortable bed and pillow.

Not enough lounge seating if 4 people were staying. Light bulb in main bedroom wasn't working. Prefer single level apartment. Clothes airer would be handy, as not all things can go in the dryer and there was no where to hang things outside. Outdoor setting would be nice. Terrible toilet paper.

I liked the pool and gym the most. There was a sauna available too. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and clean. Having off-street,secure car parking was very convenient. Location was very central for touring.

The units all opened onto a common area and moise was a problem. The screen door was of its runners. Reported on the first night but not repaired during the 3 night stay.

It was neat clean modern well presented quiet & good value for money. We would be happy to stay again & to recomend to others.

We do regular trips to Townsville and have to say it was the best accommodation experience yet...Loved it and will tell others... Thanks to Jody at reception she is a living treasure...

Spacious modern apartment with all amenities. Good parking. Three Fox sport channels. Quiet complex with "No Party Policy".

Uncovered walk from garage to room. I was lucky but beware in Wet season. No face cloths provided in bathroom. Reception unable to connect incoming calls from family to my room.

Service from the girl on reception was excellent. Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The one bedroom apartment we had was great for living room, kitchen and bathroom space but the bedroom itself was a bit pokey and stuffy.

Great situation from which to explore the town, Barrier Reef Aquarium, museums and Magnetic Island without having to get the car out!!

Rooms where very spacious and had every thing you needed probably 2 towels per person would have been better especially if using the pool area security was good maybe an extra lounge chair as we only had a two seater and single chair with a family of four jodie on the front desk was lovely and answered all our questions about the resort and surrounding area will stay here again if we come back

Everything was fine one suggestion would be for the main bed to be in the room overlooking the river we had room 52 and the two singles were in the room with the ensuite other than that we had an enjoyable stay

I had around 12 clients to visit over two days in Townsville and the location was good, excellent nearby parking. The apartment I was in had the bedroom separate so I was able to bring my clients into the living area with nary a bed in sight. All clients were impressed with the site and most stated they did not know this complex existed. I found all staff very friendly and my visit went well. I will stay here in future.

It was a shame that the days I was there were a Sunday and Monday was Labor Day meaning nearby shops were shut. And in general the centre of Townsville is not exactly a tourist must see.

The room did not have any milk or suger in it when we arriverd and as we checked in late we could not get in touch with anyone, we had to be out of the room for an Anzac Day service at 4 am so it would have been nice to have a coffee or tea.
