Although it was an internal room (no external windows) it didn't feel clastrophobic. The restricted reception hours are very difficult for anyone arriving after 6:30pm. |

Good location, easy walk to shops and railway station. Noise can be a problem. My last night was marred with noise from the neighbouring unit. Sound seems to be ampified because of the construction. |

The location of the hotel was good. The "night watchman" was helpful. I felt the website was misleading as the accommodation was nothing like what was expected and there was no rubbish bin in our room. |

I did not like this hotel. After a 30-hour trip from Brazil to Australia, I arrived at the hotel very late (01:15am). I had to talk to a non-friendly operator that asked me to memorize some numbers, that should be entered in a box for the door to open. The connection with the operator went down several times before she could tell me all the instructions. I understood that, after doing all this, the front door would open and, since it did not, I called the operator again, that said that the manager was coming. The manager arrived and opened the door, also with a non-friendly look. So, after more than 30 minutes, I was able to enter the room. |

Location of apartments is great. Within easy walking distance of Brisbane CBD. Rooms were well furnished and equipped. Also a fairly short drive to Brisbane airport. I feel it's a bit over-priced. And the noise from the nearby railway line and building sites was intrusive, especially early in the morning. |

Access to public transport. The 2 staff members (female) at the reception were both curtious and pleasant, evening staff member informative when asked for information. Views were less to be desired, as an outside sitter, very disappointing view |

Well above average spaciousness for a studio; also a very roomy shower and comfirtable bed. The only things I could fault are that (1) there were occasions where noise from the corridor or next room could be heard (2) it would have been great to have more light above ot near to the desk. |
