i requested for beachside room which i didnt get :(

Lovely, we were on the 27th floor with a spa room. And low season meant it was great value for money

Perfect location with great view overlooking surfers

No complaints

Spectacular views from our rooms easy access to the beach shops and restaurants

Hard to access wifi. I feel it should be free

The rooms were lovely and the facilities such as the pool and having a shop so near was great

There should be a blind between the bedroom and bathroom there is no privacy we were delayed by an hour and a half getting our room

No spare blankets supplied in the room for the colder nights.

It was central to beach, shopping and restaurants.

We loved the location and value for money which we got through your website. We have not stayed here before but the deal we got was to good to pass up. We have stayed on the Gold coast 10 times in 10 years and this was by far the best accommodation. We will definiteley be back and have already recommended it to family and friends.

When we arrived to stay at our fully prepaid accomodation we were given a room on the 57th floor, it was confirmed in our booking that we were in an Ocean view room, our room was river view with side glimpses of the ocean, we immediately went down to reception and complained about false advertising and to the staff's credit they put us in a 33rd floor front room which was beautiful. I am unaware of any other motel/resort that advertises the rear apartments that face the river on the gold coast as being ocean views, they aren'T. Pillows and beds were a little uncomfortable but views made up for it.

that you did not have the same access packages to Skypoint as that which I was able to get at the entrance.

The location was close to the beach, shops and nightlife. The room was very spacious and relaxing. Free parking.

The refuse chute stunk and filled the hallway with a fowl smell which at times was overpowering. No free wifi.

You cannot access the hotel restaurant from the guest lifts. You need to go outside a take a separate lift to the 77th floor.

The view from the 40th floor was great. The room was spotless, facilities good..

Dingy, dark, smelly corridors. Our breakfast at the skytower. It ended up costing us $80.00 for the two of us, as we didn't realise that the continental breakfast ($19.95 each) was compulsory.We assumed if we ordered to that value we could choose something different. But No. As there is nowhere on the menu either in your room or in the cafe to tell you this: The two tired eggs and yesterdays tomato, didn't rate at all well not even for a whole lot less money! Left a bad taste in the mouth to be so ripped off. Why would you do that to your guests?

The spacious apartment with an immaculate view.

The cleanliness. There were some food ( looks like biscuit pieces) on the floor and the couch might have bugs on it.

very nice and comfortable unit with nice spa in bathroom very clean and nice kitchen and lounge and dining area. pool and spa area very nice and children enjoyed their stay very nice.

front door did not stay open for bringing in luggage etc. bed room two didnt have a tv for the kids.

The position of Q1 is excellent and so convenient to shops and restaurants. Skypoint is really something to see.
