Very friendly and helpful

Really friendly staff

Lovely facilities. Very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. There was a bit of a mistake with our booking when we arrived but the staff were very accommodating and upgraded us so we had the facilities we hoped for. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent and spacious rooms

Most comfortable bed Ive ever had in a motel - and I've stayed in quite a few. Really appreciated the light quilt instead of heavy blankets. The spa bath was the best! Quiet location for me room 12.

The first couple of days I needed the phone rather than using my own, and couldn't as there was a problem. Apart from that my stay was perfect. Thank you.

Judy and Anthony made us feel wecome from the moment we walked through the door, nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were spacious and the spa was an added luxury that did not disappoint. We ate at the Japanese restaurant attached to the motel and the staff were outstanding. The food and the service provided were of the highest quality.

The setup of the carpark was a bit tight and felt more like an obstacle couse. Manoeuvring through it was not a pleasant experience.

Fantastically friendly welcoming proprietors and staff. Well appointed rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent location for exporing the town

The wifi was a bit flaky

The staff were very accommodation and friendly. The room was clean and relaxing and the bed was super comfortable.

The rooms need a bit more soundproofing. The hotel location is near a busy 'hoon' strip and you can hear car tyres squealing a bit. Also, the noise from the rooms next door (e.g. talking, noisy televisions) takes away from the comfort and relaxation.

We loved the simplicity of the suite and the cleanliness. Also the location was perfect, near restaurants and places to visit!

The room was large and very clean. The bed was very comfy and lovely clean sheets.

Location

THe motel was very close to town allowing us to walk and sightsee, rather than having to do more driving.

Only that the parking was a bit tight, especially when motel was busy.

When we arrived we were very tired but Judy was very friendly and helpful. We were suddenly overtaken with enthusiasm and we did everything she recommended that night including dining at the George Hotel. Beautiful. We loved the spa and found it very relaxing.

The bed was perhaps a little firm for us and because of that we would probably only stay one night in the future.

Very friendly owners and great, modern rooms. Great charge back systems for Hogs Breath cafe down the road.

Proximity to tourist attractions

Spacious, well presented rooms. Friendly accomodating staff.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff on the front desk were both very helpful and accommodating.

The spa was wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the cooked breakfast.

Could hear the (very loud) television from the room next door.

Very central location in Ballarat, the managers are always helpful and friendly. Good size room (we had the spa room) and a good heater which is important in July in Ballarat.

My partner and i stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were spacious and great value for money, spa was awesome and our rooms were cleaned (while we were out) after our first day of staying there which we did not expect. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends!
