Staff are overflowing with care and friendliness. Took care of every detail on the trip. Views from the room are stunning. Slightly overpriced. About 700-750 would be about the right price Beds could be more comfy. Tv was a bit too small to be viewed from the bed.

We've stayed at a few resorts all over the world in our time so it was a pleasant surprise to find somewhere that is better than anywhere else we have stayed. It was the little differences at Qualia that made the experience as good as it was. Simple things like checking in and out from the comfort of a lounge chair over looking the ocean with a complimentry drink in my hand, talk about stress free. The Wynward Villa we stayed in was better than it looked on the website. The views were breath taking and everyhing was perfect. The complimentry golf cart to get around the island was cute and very handy. We were tired due to a late arrival and not in the mood for fancy restaurant food, so the concierge offered to go and pick up some pizzas for us from the town and brought them to our room so we could just relax. They look after you well here. The dinner at the Long Pavillion was fantasic, not crowded or noisy and the food and view were perfect. Having to leave and go back home, and that everywhere else I stay after this will be measured against Qualia and come up short!

Our windward villa is very nice and clean, and it has the amazing view! All the staffs are very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Qualia. Check-out time was a bit early at 11am, and there wasn't any flexibility on that. Not sure if all hotels in Australia have the same early check-out time?

Absolutamente tudo. O hotel é soberbo. O serviço é inegualável, desde a recepção no aeroporto ao tratamento dispensado pelo funcionário Ben na piscina. O quarto é extremamente confortável. O café da manha é excelente. O Hotel está sempre atento aos detalhes. Absolutamente nada! Alias, ter passado apenas 5 dias nesse paraíso!

落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくり出来た。テラスが広く見晴らしも良く、部屋滞在の大半を過ごせた。スタッフも非- 常にフレンドリーで印象が良い。 アクティビティの予約がホテルで出来なかったので手間がかかった。

Das Qualia Hotel auf Hamilton Island haben wir am Ende unserer Reise durch Australien gebucht. Dieses Hotel ist das beste, was wir in Australien angetroffen haben. Es ist paradiesisch schön. Alles ist perfekt ! Zimmer, Restaurant, Fitnessraum, Spa....usw Im Preis inbegriffen sind Katamaransegelboot, Surfbretter,Wassersportmöglichkeiten , was das Herz begehrt. Jeder Gast erhält automatisch ein Elektroauto, mit dem man über die ganze Insel fahren kann. Tolle Lage, da in der Nähe von dem berühmten Whitsundaybeach und Great Barrier Reef ( " Herzform" ) Wenn es nicht so weit weg wäre, würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

静かで落ち着ける雰囲気。 全室コテージタイプなので、別荘感覚で滞在できる。 正直に言って、かなりがっかりしました。 他の方も指摘されていますが、特にサービス面がひどく、 清掃では前の人の使い残しのアメニティが そのまま置かれていたり、ベランダの椅子の下には空のペットボトルが 捨てられたまま。 出発時の送迎サービスは前日夜に書面でスケジュールが 届きましたが、他の人の日程と取り違えていたうえ、 お願いしていた予約なども全く忘れられていたことが発覚。 ポーターが時間になっても荷物を取りに来ないかと思えば、 タグもつけずに他ホテルに引き渡して、結果ロストバゲッジに。 レストランではメインが最初に出てきて、 アラカルトで頼んだし、冷菜だから 用意済みのものが届いたのかと思い手をつけると、 別のテーブルとの提供間違い。 もう一度同じ冷菜を出しますかというので断ると、 勝手に他の料理もカットされたり。 その他にも不備は細々と書ききれないほどで、 あまりのことに呆れて怒る気にもなれませんでした。 同じ州でもケアンズの普通のホテルの方が、よっぽど親切ですし、 全てにきちんとしていました。 お値段だけは一流リゾート並なので、余計に気になるのかも 知れませんが…。

die wunderschöne Anlage, die Ruhe, der Blick, die komfortable Suite. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend. Man kann Paddelboote und Hobie-Cats benutzen.
