My husband had just been discharged from hospital with an neck injury and our stay was brief as we flew home the next day. A lovely helpful lady at the front desk couldn't do enough to help us. Any requests or needs we had in the circumstances were cheerfully and compassionately provided. The room was spotless and beautifully presented. We had stayed there before and chose to return because the motel is close to the airport, reasonably priced, easy to get to and surprisingly quiet despite being on a major road. Side road access to the front door is good too. See you next time!

how central it is with the ferry just down the road can easy get into central Brisbane . close to the airport , the shuttle was great .

Told we would receive an email with a print out of our account but as yet that is to arrive , 2 weeks later. Just got it on our credit card . would have appreciated a copy.

The staff were nice and friendly

The room had quite a few stains on the carpet, bedspread etc. An awful smell coming from the bathroom and even the remains of a dead Gecko stuck on the outside of the bathroom window.

Close to shops and amenities. Clean Quiet Friendly Free Parking

Very small shower. Rock hard pillows. Although asked for a quiet room, was given a room close to the road and above the reception.

GREAT staff helpful and knowlegable

Bit dated GUYS! aircon rm 54 inefficient --slept with window open all night to try and get some airflow.

difficult for taxi to find. had to cart my luggage down steps before I even got to the lift. Perhaps a ramp would be better............. Extortionate cost of rooms mini bar. No need to blatantly rip people off. If it costs too much to provide a mini bar in the room, just don't provide it.

The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was perfect for our family group. We attended a wedding at Portside and this was an inexpensive way to stay overnight for a family.

The air-con unit in the bedroom was a bit noisy but apart from that - all good!

The ability for late check-in, and easy to follow instruction for letting yourself in and finding the room

The breakfast cook seemed as though she did not want to be there. After being asked if we wanted the continental breakfast or a cooked breakfast (we chose cooked and filled out the form) she stood at the counter staring, who knows where for 1-2 min. She went back to the kitchen and began cooking. The sausages were not cooked through. 2 on each plate Eggs not fully poached. 2 on each plate Mushrooms just warmed through. Nice portion on each plate Half a Tomato. Ok Bacon. Ok The meal size was good and the chance for food poisoning HIGH

Friendly and service oriented staff

Very friendly and helpful reception/management. Room was comfortable and quiet despite busy road location. Free airport shuttle.

Insufficient waiting staff in restaurant in the evening - the one waitress was too busy so we left after one course and didn't order the coffee we had planned to. Far too noisy (traffic) outside to enjoy sitting by the pool.

The bed and chair, The staff in the morning were good as I got in late at night and did not see anyone. But staff were happy and friendly.

We came quite late or (actually early 2-3 am) but had to check ou at 10 am. That was not at all pleasing and there was not given any chance for a negotiation

I nerver met anyone because I was in late and out early, but it all worked out

Handy location to airport for a reasonable price

The area

It was grossly over priced! We had paid $75 for a room with free internet and the same facilities the night before in another town. This room cost us $165, no free internet, and they held another $50 on our credit card "just in case we used their mini bar". How dare they! And the staff were far from friendly.

Comfortable room and near the airport

Very limited restaurant/bar hours. Staff not overly interested at breakfast. For what it is, it is expensive.

The Location was good, as we needed to be close the the cuise ship terminal. Also it was handy to get to the ferry and also Airport.

Room that we got was upstairs, and as we had heavy suitcases it was not ideal to get them up these stairs. As they had no escalator to the suites that were geared for more than 2 people.
