room refurbished very well. bathroom excellent.

not much at all. do not use other facilities so cannot say much else.

The heating system was too warm

It's was a nice romantic get away. The bed, was honestly the most comfortable bed. The tv was great...not that you use it much anyway.

The tap to fill up the spa was broken, had to use the shower head, which took a while.

The bed was comfortable, which was appreciated after and 8 hour drive. Did not see much of the motel as we booked in, and went to bed. We were in Newcastle to pick up a new car and needed a sleep before our 8 hour drive home.

Only one real picky thing about or room and that was the dirty coffee cups that were in our cupboard. What I do not appreciate though, that after almost 10 DAYS I am still waiting for the security deposit that was requested at check in to be released back onto my credit card!! There was no mention of the securitry deposit prior when booking.

With very little hotels at a 4 star level, this hotel was amazing value for money. Clean, very modern and the food was exquisite at the hotel restaurant. The views were superb and the service was great. Highly recommended

Newly renovated, nice furniture, bathroom is very neat and modern. Great location! Very private room.

It's almost a week after I left and I still have a "deposit" of $100 on hold by Apollo Hotel in my credit card which wasn't mentioned before we made the booking... Breakfast is expensive.

Loved the bed, had the best nights sleep

Charging extra for a coffee with a full breakfast? thats a bit steep

Stepping from shower/bath very high with no hand rail facility. As a safety issue a sign should be placed on main road to indicate one way traffic flow when exiting complex.

Should have booked for dinner as when we got there it was completly booked out.

My partner and I stayed there now I can't wait to take my daughter's there.

I loved everything

Very quiet, peaceful. Rooms large and modern, clean and tidy. Staff was very pleasant and friendly.

I had to check out a day early to get home during flooding of the North Coast. I would have appreciated the offer of at least a partial refund of the last night's accomodation as I had to stay 2 nights in Maitland and Grafton.

Bathroom tastefully renovated but no water pressure, bed was very comfy

That no one told us breakfast finished at 9.30am! We would have come down earlier had we known as it was included in our rate, very disappointed that we didn't Get the buffet breakfasts however after quite a bit of negotiation we we made eggs on toast!

The area which we stayed in the hotel felt very private. The outlook from our balcony was lovely and the decor felt very modern
