I liked most of the staff except the one on check in. Liked my breakfast and the staff and price. The comfort of the room was great The staff member on check in I had to down load and bring the check out slip and then was told in a voice I did not like it was not needed so why tell people who book on line to do it. Also when I checked at 2.30 in the afternoon and got out of the lift there was dirty trays along the coridor rigt to my room four lots not a good look. Our tv would not go off 7mate it was like it was locked not happy as I wanted to watch the news on Sunday morning. Filled out the form for you and there should be a box to put it in you should not have to give to a staff member you are complaining about I thought twice about giving it I was told it would go straight to the manager.

Very impressed with the service from all staff. Arriving late the lovely people in the restaurant were able to give us a meal with no fuss even though it was right on closing. Very friendly manager even drove us to pickup our motorhome the next morning. Top service :)

The location close to the airport was ideal for us to drop off our rental car and fly out the next morning. The reception staff were super friendly and our one bedroom suite was most comfortable. The price of $15 for the continental breakfast of basic cereals, fruit and tea/coffee was, I thought, a bit excessive. No pastries ??!!

Very close to the airport which was point of staying there. Very comfortable and relaxing for the end of a busy holiday and safe in the knowledge that we would be at the airport without having to worry about traffic, directions etc.

Good place to stay for an overnight before flying out or leaving or a tour of Tasmania. Staff were lovely - restaurant was nice with a good choice onthe menu and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Nothing - no airport or traffic noise.

Useful that it was near the airport for late arrival. And near the car hire. Surprisingly good actually. Helpful lifts too and from the airport. Not much food for vegetarians.

Very convenient for airport - free shuttle very useful. Also very punctual! Ate at hotel restaurant and had a very enjoyable reasonably priced meal served by congenial staff. I had no complaints at all.

Proximity to the airport. Very good restaurant. Differently from description, there are no cooking facilities in the apartment (no cooking stove). Just a water boiler and a microwave. Fortunately the restaurant is good (even if a bit dear).
