The view was magnificent. the Breakfast was the best we have had in a long time and have stayed at a few Hotels around Australia in the past year as we have family all over. The Bed was only a Double. Room 305 spoiled our last night by having a 4am fight that woke up all in the complex?

A large group of kids were yelling & drinking outside our room & up & down corridors from 3am to 6am,some of whom weren't staying there.Told receptionist who said the manager would ring us but they didn't.

The locality to everything, we could walk to town and access walks. The view was superb and the noise levels were low even though it was on the corner of the main beach road. There should have been a microwave, toaster and breakfast plates in cupboards as you would expect cost to cover these simple items.

The relaxation of the Motel and position to Ocean. Just beautiful going to sleep with the waves crashing on shore so tranquil. Not being able to use Spa, when I booked a Spa suite. Blinds not working properly, just require a little maintenance thats all.

Comfortable bed Smokers outside the building. Smoke wafting up to the 3 rd level. I know there is nothing you can do about this . The plus is you can open the windows for fresh air no cork screw in room

Location Staff We were really dissapointed on arrival our room.It was a old and small room. It's really uncomfortable hotel as it is over-priced. The price was a high for this type of room. There's unworthy of payment.

We were on. one night stay over, so didn't have much experience, but were made welcome by friendly reception staff, room was very clean with easy access from the car park, we had a small balcony which had a good sea view. All in all a most enjoyable stay. The weather, but I can't blame the hotel or staff for that ;-)

The proximity to the beaches and the city and restaurants. The amazing views and the little lounge area views as well as the breakfast views I did not see anywhere advising there were no lift facilities. My husband Parkinsons and is not very mobile. To climb up flights of stairs to the breakfast room and lounge area was very difficult. I looked at the site on the booking site and I can assure you we are very well travelled, particularly overseas. It did not cross my mind that the motel being at least three floors and professing to have been renovated and modern would not have at least one lift. I would be happy to stay there again but as there is no lift, then it is out of the question. We were changed to a ground floor room but would have much preferred to have been in one of the higher rooms.

We liked everything about the Hotel, easily accessible to town and beaches, amazing views, friendly helpful staff,good size and clean rooms,good breakfasts, certainly good value will return and recommend to others No negatives.
