Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room, good buffet breakfast.

Probably the noise. I am a poor sleeper and any noise is an issue - planes taking off, traffic, other guests.

Very noticable the age of the decor. The bathroom had some big cracks and the cupboards are damages. Would be very nice if given a face lift.

According my history run of my bank account I paid for your services two times - 11th April 2013 during my check out and in advance 18th March 2013. I ask you to return back my money. It´s really your big mistake.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities at the hotel were good. The restaurant was great. The room was more than adequate.

The executive family room was booked out so we had the standard which was disappointing. Apart from this our stay was excellent.

The proximity to the airport and the complimentary shuttle bus to & from the airport is excellent. I also like that you can leave your car there at a reduced price to long term parking. The restaurant was delicious

Our bed was shocking! Very uncomfortable and the pillows were shocking. And there was, what looked like a bloody snot on the bathroom wall.

We appreciated the helpfulness of the reception staff. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The restaurant offered a menu with plenty of variety.

The room we stayed in was an excellent size even the bathroom. Bed was comfy which is a bonus! Close to airport and a yummy chinese restaurant :)

We stayed here as we flew in at 11 pm and had to leave at 6 am. It was a massive room, clean and neat exactly like the picture shown. Bathroom was modern and clean, TV was massive! I was quite impressed at how nice it was for what we paid!

Right from the start, the staff was very welcoming and very helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone needing an overnight before an early morning flight.. We also took advantage of their restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised by the high quality of be meal. We will be returning on our way back to México

Location was the main thing for us - close enough to the airport to get there in 10 minutes. Liked the free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport - very easy to arrange. The receptionist asked us if we needed the bus before we even asked. The room was very spacious. A bit open plan (all the beds and the tv and the dining table all in one room) but since we only have small children this was totally fine. Outdoor pool is a nice touch, but we only stayed one night before flying very early in the morning so didn't get the benefit of it too much. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the central gardens where the pool in located, which was very nice. Close to the hotel is a huge choice of restaurants and cafes, so eating was not a problem.

You only get free wifi in the hotel bar and reception area and have to pay $20 to use it in your room.

Great place for the family when you need to be close to the airport for that early flight. Petrol stations are handy if you are returning a rental and there are plenty of food options nearby. The family room was spacious and comfortable and quiet. It is nothing flash but a great cheap option for a night.

Great poolside room

Uncomfortable bed no toaster in room bare minimum services in room, not happy with a $200 room deposit on top of the price of the room, budget accomadation means that. I don't have credit cards and that is a lot of cash to have.

The staff were exceptional: friendly, efficient and helpful. The hotel was about a five to ten minute drive to the Melbourne International airport and provided transport at unpleasant hours. They also took us to the more distant rail station where we were able to get reasonably priced day passes on public transport. We did not eat dinner in the hotel but the breakfast ($20 each) was reasonable for Melbourne and good.

The hotel room we occupied was older and showing its age -- but then not every hotel can be brand spanking new. However, it was clean and tidy and we were comfortable there during our two day stay.
