The Staff is perfect! very kind! they helped me few times. We expected more luxury hotel than it was. It's actualy very simple hotel. clean enough. they don't have the balconies in the most of the rooms. It's only recomended if you are by car there. No specification at all. as plane as Jane. |

This was a quality hotel as its name suggests. Easy access to any place from there. Secure parking was very useful. Friendly staff very helpful with information. |

We enjoyed the bistro very much & the location to our sporting event. Will stay again next time we visit the coast. Staff very professional & helpfull. |

The facilities are first class along with the location and rates makes this hotel well worth staying at, we will definately stay here again. |

Price, clean, quiet (no street under windows), brand news rooms and beautiful bathroom The reception gave the keys for our room to another couple while we where already in the room, they entered in our room!!! Hopefully we where there... I tried to call reception but the button "reception" on the phone didn't work so I had to go myself. And then my keys didn't work anymore so I had to go again at the reception to fix that. They did apologise for this but did not give me anything for these problems..... |

nice, burt one thing that was bad --- the breakfast was disgusting. Powdered egg was tasteless. evening menu had no veggie options -which caused us to eat elsewhere, the breakfast was disgusting. Powdered egg was tasteless. |

I only stayed one night but I liked the secure parking, easy access from the fire stairwell to my car. 24 hr reception service, clean and tidy room. Not enough towels. Because we were staying one night we were supplied with two, one for my husband and one for me. My husband used both, one for his body and one for his hair. |

It was quiet and clean and the staff were very helpful. There was a lack of communication between staff and guests during the fire alarm.We were only informed of what was happening by the fire fighters and then only when we asked. And no apologies or explanation offered by the staff,then or the next morning. |

どのスタッフも対応が素晴らしく、英語が通じない時も、熱心に分かるまで説明してくれたり、いつも笑顔の対- 応が気持よかった。バス停も近く、サーファーずパラダイスやパシフィックフェアーまでもホテルの直行バスが- あって、便利だった。２１ドルするが、空港直行バスがあり、スムーズにホテルに行けた。 洗面の流し台が少し気になった。 |
