Modern and friendly staff The awful smell of the carpet cleaner "shake n Vac" stuff which makes me sneeze and smells horrible.

Unfortunately major problem, no hot water from 7 pm and still not repaired when we departed next day.Understand break downs happen but would have thought a discount or complimentary something would have been a nice gesture as room cost $215 pn

They had no objection to late check out Air-con badly located directly over bed. Breakfast selection very mediocre. Scrambled eggs looked as though it was there overnight. No attention given to replenish dishes or coffee pot when empty.

Very comfortable. Loved that it was serviced daily. Great to have a good restaurant on the premises. Nice bathroom with spa bath. Overlooking the car yard. Pool too cold to swim comfortably. Would have loved if it was heated as I was so looking forward to a swim over the weekend.

The room was beautiful and very quiet . The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The menu in the restaurant did not have much variety and the breakfast was cold.
