They provided my special requests. My request for a taxi was bundled as part of my service time as opposed to serving other customers then calling a taxi - made me feel special. Staff using both doorway entrances so I didn't know which one was knocking. Breakfast didn't include bacon and eggs.

In comparison to the Stamford Grand in Glenelg,the inlander was a much better accommodated facility at a lower rate..Looking forward to returning again soon...Many thanks to the friendly staff who looked after us...Awesome..

The room was beautiful and luxurious, very very clean, staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble they were at your beck and call, beds very comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay we will be back again real soon

The staff were customer focussed and nothing was too much trouble The restaurant was very disappointing, the menu sounded delicious but the chef overcooked everything and no flavour. When I explained my meal was not acceptable the staff member did not bill me for it.
