We had a lovely weekend getaway with my parent in laws who were visiting from England and we all really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were lovely and extremely comfortable and we had access to lots of places to eat lovely food. Great service. We'll be back! All good.

The manchester was execellent and the fact that there was a lot of thought went into the Architectual design and interior design was refreshing. the chairs in the room for sitting reading or just relaxing were smart but not comfortable. What my 88 year old Mother didn't like was there nowhere to sit in a lounge (she hates going to bed) after dinner.

Comfortable room . Room rate was too expensive. The Continental Breakfast was adequate but not good value. Had to get own Coffee and cost of a cooked breakfast was not included in the Room Rate. We paid $325.00 for the room and although it was comfortable it was not good value. Would not book this Hotel again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good spacious bathroom. Good breakfast. Pillows too fat for us and no other choices. Most hotels at that price are able to cater for different choices these days. Attached eating places not good value for money - too expensive. 2 Staff behind breakfast bar talking loudly about their private lives!

Rooms were excellent and should be as the resort/hotel is only 4 months old. The room is extremely comfortable with quality fixtures and fittings with good quality towelling. Breakfast was very average. Checkout of 10.30 am is far too early. With a check in time of after 2pm a 12 noon checkout would be reasonable.

The room was very nice modern and clean. Comfortable bed and quiet night's sleep. Bit more attention to service at breakfast and also dinner at the Terminus. the staff are young and need a bit more training.

Its new! It's a typical overpriced Australian Hotel with average service. While the breakfast was included, paying $4 for a coffee is a bit rich! It also said there was free wifi available. Not in my room.

They put two single beds together and call it a king bed. Sorry but that doesn't it when paying over $300 per night

The big bathroom, Aveda products, comfy beds and feather pillows. The decor is very tasteful and the room is quiet during off-peak times. Reception desk was helpful with our late dinner arrangements. Ramps make for easy access for the elderly and disabled. The outlook from our room was directly onto the carpark and Peninsula Restaurant. For privacy the drapes had to be drawn. Not all rooms are positioned this way. They could however solve this issue with some screening or planting mature native trees out front.

Location - very close to sea and wineries. Walking distance to pier and shops. Flinders is a lovely village. It is new and the room was well appointed. The continental breakfast included was quite nice. It is expensive for what is essentially a motel room - we had a Bauer room at the discounted rate of $300 a night. It had a patio but this had no privacy at all - opened to the hotel car park and the rooms on either side. This also meant that you had to choose between privacy, security and fresh air.

The Hotel. Breakfast was terribble. Don't have it include it in the price if you can't do it well. Price of room should be cheaper $300.

I stayed here with my partner for 2 nights, we were staying in flinders as we had a wedding nearby. The rooms are fantastic, new, modern, spacious and clean. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is included and is yum, they have renovated the pub and that is also a good place for a bite too! The price is on the high side.

We both travel a lot for business, so we were very interested in comparing this hotel with ones we stay in for work. Great staff at reception, they were very helpful, friendly and also went the extra mile to change our room to one that had a better outlook. Nice linen, comfortable bed. Both restaurants are great. High quality tableware and fittings, well trained restaurant staff, beautiful food. Breakfast was very high quality ( fresh fruit, bircher muesli) and beautifully presented. Fresh scented roses on each table! Somewhat sterile feel for a seaside location I.e could have been in the cbd of a major city. Walls are thin - we heard the conversations in the hall and from several rooms near us at times. The rooms that were advertised with patios are not worth paying an extra $20 per night for. The 'patios' are a small slab of pavers outside each room, with no privacy at all. In our original room, the 'patio' was beside the large car park, and there were no chairs ( not that you would want to sit there).

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Knowledgable of the area and very accomodating. Organised us a early check in and out in the blink of an eye and a table in the restaurant. Nothing
