They tried. And had a restaurant.
Accommodation was fine. Actual town was disappointing. Nothing open.
Bed and tv
The restaurant was excellent, especially the chicken dish. It is centrally located in Queenstown. The rooms were comfortable but a bit dated, but represented value for money.
The weather - record rainfall.
the staff and the information and ideas they gave us. the food in he dining room was well cooked and was of a good range
Excellent and friendly service. I mucked up my booking dates by 1 month, but they took the time and effort to reschedule my other bookings, which I am extremely grateful for, and we had a great break.
A little cramped
Staff were very friendly
Its a pity but everything was shut but that's not the motels fault
Never was able to get on the Internet.
Restaurant was not open had to drive to another Motel to get a meal
Was warm and comfy, had everything we needed.
Showers were a bit old and noisy
Location close to town centre
No hair shampoo or conditioner
centrality to everything ,friendly reception
tv didn't work, dark wall colour made it gloomy, end of hair drier broken
Mainly because the whole town seems really depressing, so many places closed. The heating in the room wasn't adequate.
staff were lovely meal was well done
room garish colours bright purple green old electric wiring unsafe fire alarm hanging from ceiling no room to move bed to close to main window unable to walk around it plenty of hot water but shower didn't run well bathroom door didn't close
It was clean , reasonably priced and just what we wanted for a one night stop. The management were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing. It was what it was.
Extremely friendly Reception staff and VERY friendly and informative Restaurant staff. Great meal - good value for money.
Bath mat was frayed on the end. Such things are not expensive, and I believe should be replaced as soon as they don't look 'like new'. Also I suggest doonas as bedding, rather than blanket and bedspread. The latter is rather outdated these days.
Had a restaurant and close to the railway station.
Very basic room.
