Excellent service, friendly staff, great location, spacious, clean and fantastic view. Beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you heaps for a really early check-in. After arriving from Perth at 5.15 am it was most appreciated We left the door dead locked each day but found that the cleaning staff did not leave in same condition after the room had been serviced.

Views, parking and ease of booking. Road noise, window coverings did not block out light or noise from the road/bridge. Unit could do with a spruce up.

Great views of the city. Amenities excellent. Rooms are tired an need a cost of paint. Stayed on the 12th floor with excellent views, however the noise from the traffic along nearby road was constant and loud enough to wake everyone which was disappointing and uncomfortable. Staff barely make eye contact when guests are passing through reception. We attended reception at one stage for an enquiry and whilst we were the only parties there, it seemed like we were interrupting the staff member who really wasn't at all helpful.

I liked the position and proximity to Brisbane city. I also liked the deck. So many things 1. NO reception on Easter Sunday/Monday but no notification of this. 2. Car park - no map and spaces in random order. Took 30 mins to find the allotted space. 3. Beds - booked twin beds and got a double. 4. Delivery Menu for Food in the room - completely out of date - not even the same restaurants available 5. Wireless internet - simply DID NOT WORK! 6. TV reception was dreadful. 7. A $50 aud call out fee if you contacted management for assistance. By far the WORST booking.com experience I have ever had all over the world!

The apartments are a short walk to the ferry, the "red city hopper" ferries are free! It was great to be able to put a couple of loads of washing on, so being away from home nearly 8 days, we took home one clean suitcase and one dirty, so there wasn't so much work for "Mum" when we got home!

Price, position, close river, city, transport. Good budget facilities in room despite my specific moans in the red box. Parking free and available. Good value money given position etc. Good general value-for-money and these moans are only 'cos you asked!! 1. No air cond in bedroom. Air does not move betwixt rooms !! It is very difficult to get air to move one room to another, Solutions (a) Wasteful but cheap. Put small fan in bedroom into an exhaust duct (utilise bathroom duct system?) (not to outside due to noise) This pulls air through from other room over an hour or so . (b) air cond bedroom. (2) by far biggest prob is noise on city side. Road noise is huge and pub noise annoying too. Double glazing in bedroom would be nice. I always carry ear plugs luckily.(D/G virtually nil in this country of unlimited aircond running and crazy black roofs) (3) internet-partner bit of a liability for you... barely acceptable, expensive and almost useless.the per hour rates should be immediately dumped as it is so slow it takes 5 mins per page. Luckily I bought day rates (stillexp)... I would;ve been fumingh on the other time one!!!

The room was well cleaned and had every amenity. The car parks were numbered as well as colour coded. It took a while to work out that you just ignored the numbers and went by the colours. It wasn't explained.

Proximity to Gabba, although under story bridge - no traffic noise. Open out onto pool, access to fresh air. Easy to get to, ample off street parking. Ability to drop bags in early. Very friendly & accommodating house maids. Flat pillows, and 1 lumpy one. The tap to change from bath to shower in 6001 was faulty thus limited pressure in the shower. The fellow on reception on the 18th (midday) could have done with a smile - pretty easy really!
