Quest Bunbury Serviced Apartments  

Close to all the amenities, and a really nice place to stay at

friendly check-in staff, beautiful gardens, clean room.

We liked the locality and proximity to all the Bunbury attractions. Easy walking distance to the city and shopping precincts. Apartment was adequate for a studio type but next time will be looking at a larger apartment with a living area.

the light in the foyer area stayed on all night no switch to turn it off.

Well serviced affordable studio apartment and nicely decked out with local art work. Eco-friendly. Friendly and helpful staff.

No comfy chair to watch TV in the evening. The location is within 100 metres of a spectacular white-sand beach, yet there is no mention of this or the daily resident dolphins at the local dolphin encounter centre on the same beach. Some communication between these 2 enterprises would make for a fabulous partnership...eg. .breakfast on the beach with the dolphins? Don't advertise the swimming pool too much. It is way too small and unattractive.

Layout of buildings attractive. Spacious suites with laundry facilities in suites a bonus when travelling with a family.

Staff very friendly and efficient - even called me a week or so before trip to confirm my arrival time. The location is great, even being very close to the Dolphin Discovery Centre, which I actually didn't realise until after I had booked it. Bunbury itself is also such a nice looking town with plenty of amenities.

Our only slight problem was with the oven. When we pre-heated it and then opened the oven door, smoke billowed out, so I don't think it had been cleaned for a while. It then burned the food we put in it, so maybe the temperature control was faulty? Other than that everything was great.

Fantastic location! Right near city centre and Koombana beach. Quite affordable. I stayed in studio apartment, had tv with some foxtel channels, a fridge, a sink with plates etc. bathroom was clean and not small too. Free parking is a plus. Very happy with stay, wud recommend this place next time

Would have been nice to bring a pet along-i did see someone with a pet not sure if thats because they rented a more expensive room

Great location, facilities were great and the staff were very professional and welcoming.

I chose the option for two single beds however I was only told upon arrival that it isn't possible to have two single beds in a one bedroom apartment. Would have been nice to know that prior to arrival and perhaps been given a possible solution.

These are very well appointed apartments. Ours was a 1 bedroom and it was comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed, with the exception of a cofee plunger. The reception staff were great and very helpful in directing us to local restaaurants and places of interest. Bunbury is a very good town to stay in. Lots of good restaurants near by, even though they are a bit pricey compared with regional areas in N.S.W. In fact the Perth and South west W.A is all overpriced.Got to love the mining boom.

Our room was upstairs facing the main road which was extremely noisey. Also heard a lot of noise from nearby rooms If these rooms were the only ones available, I definately would not stay there again.

The Service staff at the apartments were excellent.

The room was a little noisy as it was on the road side and the lingering smell of cigarette smoke!

We were put into a disabled unit-not at our request- and found the shower facilities to be a problem with water on the bathroom floor. We did not request a different apartment as they were obviously very full.

Only the quality of the tv in the room. While watching the sound would keep missing/skipping.
