Quest Campbelltown Serviced Apartments  

Staff at quest were excellent, friendly, professional and helpful

internal facilities of the apartments was very good. Stayed there with my partner and our 3 month old baby, having the kitchenette was very handy. The room was very clean, and a good size... liked how even though it was situated in the center of Cambeltown the area its located in is surrounded by restaurants, fast food places, petrol stations and close to public transport.

I liked Quest Campbelltown's proximity to the railway station. I liked the responsiveness of staff who quickly gave us answers, had the bedding formation changed and ordered taxis,

A minor niggle - I was picked up by a taxi at 4.45am so came downstairs to wait but because reception is closed until 7am waited in the corridor rather than going outside.

Helpful and obliging staff members. Listen to our issues and prepared to help out. My wife needed a few hours outside of check out times to rest after her medical treatment. The staff member assisted by allowing us to extend our checkout time for a small fee. Very much appreciated. The complex has a very friendly atmosphere. Clean and easy to get to. Good security. Definitely the choice on our next visit to the area.

Considering that internet broadband facilities are so cheap with various internet providers, very disappointed the internet charges were so expensive. I am not even talking about wireless broadband. Makes it an extremely expensive venue for a business stay.

Home away from home

Very clean, very good amenities, I would say close to luxury, friendly staff, very quite, close to shopping, 1hr drive to Sydney CBD which is still good with late booking in January high season, We do really enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to our friends,

the awesome service

I have stayed at many 4-5 star hotels throughout Australia and overseas. I was surprised at the friendliness of staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. I would comfortably say that this hotel rates higher than some of the 5 star hotels in Sydney CBD. When ever I am in the area, my preference will be to stay at Quest Campbelltown. Well done to front desk staff for making me feel welcome as soon as I checked in.

The location was fabulous, the apartment itself very clean and very comfortable and the layout was great. Above all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with the service,staff and the set up of the rooms modern and clean as will as safe with the personal excess. Having a young family I felt it was very accommodating.

Loved it, The only thing I can say is may be having few actives or perhaps play area for the kids so it's bit more entertaining for the little ones,and that should top it up.

I found the apartment very clean and comfortable for my family. Wish we could have stayed longer.

For the price that was paid for the night I would of assumed that a real double bed or queen bed was used instead of two sing beds put together

Große Probleme Internet über Breitband LAN einzurichten. Würde auch langsameres Internet über WLAN, aber komfortabler Einrichtung akzeptieren.
