Location Staff Comfort Everything A+++ Perfect and more than i expected

Lots of room in very modern unit. Very good bed.

Noisy guests coming past our room late at night. Loud talking and door banging up till 3.00am.

We liked the wonderful facilities ,near shops close to my daughter! friendly staff We will certainly be staying again

very little to dislike .A lift would have been good for carrying cases as our room for first 6 days was on 2nd floor .

Quest Kew is a well run operation. The staff are courteous and the apartments clean. It is well located near our son's family.

Although we asked in August for an apartment in far block ie 32,33,34 and were told that our views had been noted were given apartment 18 near the bbq area. We plan to come back next year and hope for better service then. I dislike paying for an internet connection. Surely it can be a standard feature and charged on the bill if really necessary.

Pleasant stay in comfortable surroundings. Nice to be upgraded.

Expensive for one night and one person however location good for my purposes. Not told prior to arrival of $12 car parking fee. No lift for heavy luggage, however it was taken up 3 flights of stairs for me. (I had to struggle down with it the next day - ageing female person with back problems

No air conditioning The kitchen constantly full of ants and through our food.

Location is great, with an easy tram ride to the city and also handy to Eastern Freeway. Well appointed kitchen (that we did not use) and very close (stones throw) to High St cafes and Shops. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were roomy with neutral decor.

The complex is getting a bit tired and dated. Maintenance is lacking both inside and out. There are no lifts so if you have bulk luggage it is a bit of a trek to the 3rd floor. Parking is charged at $12 / night, which can be avoided by parking on the street.

Not pram-friendly - stairs and steps eberywhere, plus given room on first floor with no elevator access despite noting on booking that we were traveling with a small baby

Proximity to Kew's High Street.

The TV digital signal kept dropping out on certain stations. A problem with all TV digital signals it seems. Should not really have to pay for car parking in complex. Cost of internet access is understandable, but I got tired of having to disconnect when not in use for fear of racking up a huge bill. Apart from that, I like staying at Quest Kew.

Convenient to restaurants, next door to Woolworths for food shopping. Nice part of Melbourne.

Value for money in a way compare with the expensive hotel in the city for a group of 8 people. If we book the hotel, I think one apartment with 2 bed room is same price for one room. Everything is within walking distance, 3 mins away from Woolworth supermarket and 200 meter ways have Macdonald and some other resturants within 5-8 mins walk.

Size of apartment was great for travelling with friends. Location was good, close by to tram stops. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Some aspects of cleaning may need attention as we found a used hairbrush full of someone else hair and tissues in the bedside table draw. Other than this minor issue our stay was enjoyable.

Ample car parking at a reasonable rate. Rooms were spacious and well laid out. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Staying on the top floor there was no cover over the balcony, which meant smokers would get wet.
