Quest Mont Albert  

A very impressive apartment and convenient for what we required. We will be staying there on a regular basis, when we visit Melbourne approximately every 6 weeks.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

Parking, good size rooms

The staff was very friendly

I stay @ 2 room apartment n would prefer rooms n bath room with lock ..

Lighting.there were a three lights not working in living area and the light swiches need looking at

Bathroom linenwas threadbare. Security was poor (doors to outside were proppoed open) Trams audible in room.

Spacious and Cleanness. long hour reception desk is a great help

the location is not close to amenities, such as eateries

It was ideally situated for the eye hospital & clinics we had to attent. Also near good shopping and eating places eg westfield. Surrey Hills Ivanhoe etc

Found the beds very hard on my back, but otherwise everything fine.

Staff were friendly. Room size and fitout was excellent

Internal net cost is very high. Parking also charge.

Comfortable, clean and friendly staff. It's convinience that we could leave our car in the underground carpark after checked out time so we could get a tram to the shopping center.

I didn't like the room design especially the bathroom together wih laundry.

A great atmosphere. Room so well equipped,everything clean and well serviced. Had my husband at Epworth Eastern Hospital so the site was good as the trams were nice and close,it was even an easy walk to hospital. The room was spacious and bright. Even the bathroom was spacious and bright. I dislike rooms that do not have enough light or lighting. The balcony is a good size. Although we did not cook (who cooks in Melbourne when there are so many excellent restaurants) the kitchen facilities are generous. Nice big screen T.V. with a DVD player and sound system. The front office staff who was on duty (sorry I can't remember her name but she is Asian and said she was fairly new) when we checked in is very polite, friendly and interested and extremely nice. Very comfortable and good value for money.

Not that it is important as we did not use it much but the clothes drier in room 333 kept cutting off after a few minutes. And...the lift is too slow but we were in no great hurry.

Convenience to public transport. Comprehensive room facilities.

Perhaps a little traffic noisy

'dog' barking next door! not your fault!

clean and tidy. Staff is nice. However, the kitchen ventilation is malfunction. Should be better if the staff can remind us there is no housekeeping services in Sunday.

Restaurant charge back service made it easy to order dinner, and the mini bar was stocked quite well and the prices were fair (i'd suggest adding a red/white wine mini bottle)

The plaster walls had been patched and had not been sanded properly and painted over (or had been painted in a different colour) also there was a burn mark on the kitchen bench. To me these sorts of things are not fitting of a 4 star property for $167 a night.

your reception staff were excellent the room was very quiet and clean undercover parking is a bonus we will be using your hotel again in the near future

Clean and comfortable

The internet connection is not stable and causes inconvenience. Lighting on top of the table not bright enough to use for writing or reading.

Price was far too high-charging extra for car parking and internet access is very poor. Place is rather run down and badly needs updating. The lift is so slow, the car park gates do not always open using the card

Good place to accommodate 2 couples with their own self catering facilities (ie bathroom, washing machine and kitchen)

Pretty basic for the price Noisy water/piping in bathrooms Maintenance was poor (ie some lights didnt work, balcony had cheap chairs but no table; we asked for one at reception and the lady bought us one from another room - it was weathered and warped, not furniture for outdoor use. Cleaning over Easter only done on 1 day. Rubbish wasnt removed the other days even though that bare minimum task was committed to. Stingy on soap, coffee and dishwashing liquid

The facility was convenient to the tramway. The appartment was comfortable, immaculate and quiet with friendly staff. I would happily stay there again.

The staff were great and acted immediately to change our room when made aware of the problem with room 441

The lack of an in-house restaurant.
