Clean and convenient for transport, very helpful staff. They charged the full amount of the stay 5 days before we got there then took an additional $150 as a 'bond' which still hasn't cleared off my Mastercard two days after leaving, having been told it wouldn't be charged at all. It may be their way of doing things but it ain't mine and it's crap.

The location was great. Staff has been helpful and attentive. The facilities made it very convenient in such a compact accommodation (e.g., kitchenette, laundry facilities, etc) The bedroom was quite small. There was not enough places to put toiletries in the bathroom (esp when there are 2 people using the room).

Its location, ~ Close to where our international guests were staying. ~ Close to the train station, supermarket and restaurants. ~ Great for receiving our guests when visiting. Staff not pointing out that rooms are not serviced on Sundays. In that event, then soap and bath wash items need to be doubled on a Saturday when undertaking room service.

Great service , very helpful staff , I think her name was Alex from memeroy , but she was extremely helpful and very professional. Nothing really couldn't complain, the air con didn't work in our room, but that happens and we were supplied with 2 fans that did the job fine.

How the manager dealt with what I didn't like. The key of the adjacent apartment fit into the door of my apartment. The manager dealt with it swiftly and changed the lock the next day, good job.
