the spa was awesome and the bed was very comfortable also it was a short walk to go to any attractions.

One of the staff members was very helpful.

Unaccetably poor housekeeping. No hot water one day. No housekeeping on Sunday.

Good value business hotel in center of city and short walk to Adelaide university, restuarant strip, and large supermarkets. Room was very clean and quiet. Useful facilities including kitchenette and fridge.

Compact, clean rooms. Excellent location. Staff were courteous and helpful. we liked the fact you had dvd's for hire instead of overpriced in-house movies. Info booklet on hotel facilities was comprehensive and Clean. Nothing appeared run-down. Also appreciated wall of brochures near front reception and computers. Well thought out.

Not actually a complaint, but in the Info book, it said in one spot that grocery service was free, in another it said there was a 10% surcharge. May cause confusion.

the noise factor - garbage collection outside our window at 4am every morning!! Room was also very dark - no natural lighting.

The location of the hotel was good, the 2 bed apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

We were both very pleased that the on-line photographs matched our room exactly. The two person spa was a must, especially after our two hour road trip. Our stay was a little rushed. However, we plan to stay again for at least a couple of nights. Ben is an exceptional front reception staff member.

Accessing hotel via a lane way with limited off street parking was challenging. However, it is reasonable to anticipate some challenges when we were checking in during a peak hour period. One key access for 2 adults required some co-ordination. ( I was there for a gala event while my partner was exploring the city). Tiles surrounding the spa bath needed some maintenance. I was a little dissappointed bubble bath wasn't automatically supplied. I could have really used the spa prior to my work event and particularly after our two hour road trip. However my partner was very resourceful and we were able to enjoy the spa. Do you supply breakfast?

The rooms were warm, clean and tidy. appreciated having the laundry facilities on our floor.

The toilet needed some attention by a plumber as water wouldn't shut off. There wasn't any baking tray to cook on. Plates and cutlery looked like they were from jumble sale as they didn't match. The outside of the windows were filthy so couldn't look out down the road. It would have been better for us if there was an onsite carpark as we had 87 year old with us and it was quite a walk for her.

The studio apartment room has a pleasant relaxed feel to it and we thought that it represented good value at this price range.The friendly staff were very helpful and we felt genuinely welcome and relaxed to stay here.
