Spacious apartment Comfortable and clean.
Could hear the trams most of the night from the 10th floor. DVD did not work. Smallest shower I have ever seen. You couldn't turn around. You should give a complimentary bottle of water each day.
Shower was no good at all. No pressure and temperature unreliable.
Location Space Friendly staff
Traffic noise during the night
Very large, reasonably priced, clean, well set out.
Obviously there is no double glazing on the windows. Even though we were on the 14th floor the bedroom faced William Street and the traffic noise was shocking and went all night. We dozed a little, didn't really get any sleep.
Great central location, roomy, easy access, well equipped, self-contained apartment.
A little bit noisey when yobbos were yelling out on the street at 5:00am.
Nice and roomy with great equipped kitchen. Friendly staff
Shower was a bit small.
The only thing that I felt was lacking was that there were only two towels in the bathroom.
Close location to southern cross station and centre of the city for shopping and all things tourist and etihad stadium and tram stops. We are booked in again in six weeks and next year if we come to Melbourne again.
Location is good
Staff are rude
The location is quite good. Few steps go to Little Bourke St. Very convenient to walk around Mel CBD.
The light in the living room could be brighter.
Clean, warm and comfortable. Plenty of room in the 2 bed executive apartment. Great location.
Rubbish collection noise at 4am woke us up every morning. Bit annoying but all managed to get back to sleep.
location quiet clean staff were very helpful outlook great - floor to ceiling windows
the bathroom was too outdated deep narrow bath/shower with glass shelf taking up space and making it a little dangerous too
Good location, clean, comfortable apartment & helpful staff. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
No complaints at all.
Location Two bedrooms On a high floor away from lots of street noise
Bed mattress - too soft and springy Shower very small No fan in bathroom Alarm in room next door beeping several times throughout the night
staff were friendly nothing a bother had balcony could open door that was nice
Good Location, Close to most CBD attractions to walk or tram only 50m away. Nice size apartment. Liked the separate shower.Staff friendly. Room was ready at 2pm check in.
Nothing to dislike
The two bedroom apartments only had one tv in the living area. It would have been nice to have a second tv in the main bedroom so that my husband and I didn't have to watch kids program's.
The washing machine is noisy and not very efficient.
easy walking distance to most major tourist attractions plus footy ground.
Had a problem with ensuite door jamming, dishwasher badly needs a service (found sugar coated cups in cupboard on arrival)
So close to everything Very roomy Clean & tidy Has everything in it that you need
We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and the only heating down stairs was a bar heater on the wall so it wasnt very warm when sitting in the lounge room. Heater up stairs which kept that area warm!
Dark. Booked 2 bathroom got 1. Looked over by office block. No privacy no windows able to be opened.
For us we needed to be close to the area and the hotel suited our purposes.
They need to have green tea.
The location was good and easy access to the city.
Car park was tight to get into and after paying $300.00 plus per night we were still required to pay for parking. The kitchen facilities were poor with a lack oh cooking utensils
